Selena's POV
Woohoo no more cleaning! none whatsoever!! phew! i mean i love jess and all but hey one can only clean so long before she has to jam!
i looked around for a music shop and came about a little hut with a violin outside, so i went inside.
it was NOT good there was no guitars, no mic's nothing! i ran out huffed. when i stopped.
This wasn't my time i couldn't jam, i didn't have my friends or my parents to catch me, i only had ashley who knew who i really was. And that's when reality sunk in, literally. i stopped and sat down and for the first time in 5 years i cried.
I moped, weeped and hugged myself, letting everything just run free. I was stuck in 1834 with no good music, no movies and competitions. But most importantly what was going on in the present? Was everyone else living on or had time somehow paused? would anyone miss us if it hadn't?I wanted a haven from all this.
When i opened my eyes i was not in the place i closed them, i was in some sort of tree, except it's branches parted horizontally (literally flat!) and came back together to protect it from rain and wind like a little... room. except it wasn't little, it was huge almost the size of her and ashley's room back home. It even had a little break in the branches with leaves falling neatly in front of it, like a door.
Had i done this? Maybe by wishing for a haven in my time of need it triggered something and I created one.
i decided to call the place "Salus" which was latin for Haven. Yeah an A for originality i know but hey it was cool!
i parted the leaved that hung to form the door only to find a little balcony! again it surprised me because it was natural.
Then i looked over the edge, it must have been five metres above the ground! How awesome! and no one would guess it was here because stray branches went everywhere making it look messy! the climb wouldn't be hard i could see grooves all the way down the trunk. I also noticed something special...
It was a willow tree.
My favourite!! and the leaves hid Salus and everything!
But should i tell Ashley?
