"You ready ?" I said standing in front of Renee.
"Yeah." She stood up and we walked to the door.
"How did you get here anyway?"
"Oh... I took Darión car." I laughed and shook my head then we walked outside to the car and got inside.
"Where are we going ?"
"The mall, since we didn't get to go last time." I nodded then she started to drive . I sent Kim a quick text telling there that I was with Renee and she replied with 'ok'. I put my phone in my lap and just stared out the window. I can't believe me and Trey are really over. I practically gave him my life. I been with him most of my sophomore year and half of my junior. James even finally gave him a chance and now look at what happened. Why would he  cheat on me ? Was I not being a good girlfriend ? I tried my best but he knows I'm new to this. He was my first boyfriend.... Ever. It doesn't matter. I don't care anymore , I just want to know wh-- "Mary !" I got snapped out of my thoughts by Renee snapping in my face and calling my name. I didn't even realize we were already at the mall. "God, I need to get you some dick, right now. " she said getting out of the car.  I sighed then followed her out of the car . We walked inside the mall and shipped around. After about an hour of shopping we got hungry so we went to the food court. I was in the mood for Chinese but of course Renee wanted pizza and wings so we just went to Little Caesar's and got a large pepperoni pizza and some hot wings. After we got our food we sat down at an empty table. We watered eating and I noticed this boy that kept looking over at us. When I caught him looking , he smiled then walked over to us.
"Renee ?" He said with a cute Mexican accent.
"Rudy? Hey! What are you doing here ?" The hugged and I stood there oh so confused. They knew each other ?
"I'm just Chillin with my brother. You going to introduce me to your friend ?"
"Oh ! Aha sorry ! This is Mary, Mary this is Rudy." He took out his hand for me to shake.
"Hola bonita." I blushed and shook his hand. He is so cute, and him speaking Spanish makes him so much cuter.
"Hi." I finally said after druling over him.
"Eres muy guapa." I blushed again. I didn't know a whole lot of Spanish but I knew enough to know what he said.
"Gracías papí" he raised his eyebrows and a smirk was plastered on his face, surprised at what I said. I was surprised myself . He pulled up a chair and sat next to me and told his brother to come over as well.
"So can I get your number ?" I looked at Renee and she smiled and nodded her head then I looked back at Rudy and smiled then gave him my phone.
"Sure." He took my phone and put his number in it then gave it back to me.
"So what y'all doing here ?" Renee said breaking the awkward silence.
"We had to get out the streets , the cops on my ass. I didn't do nothing though." Cops ? Why would the cops be looking for him? Renee just laughed and shook her head .
"Y'all need to be careful out there, especially you Rudy. You know none of the cops like you."
"I know, they always bitching about something. You know they tried to tell my girl to break up with me or they were going to put 'gang affiliation' on her record." He's in a gang ? Oh no... I'm so over gang members but Rudy seems more chill, he's nice too.
"Oh foreal ?" Renee said.
"Yeah, all these pussy as s cops can suck my dick. They tried to take my girl away from me but she knew better." He chuckled and so did me, Renee, and his brother. Rudy was cute but this is too fast. I just got out of a relationship a few hours ago. "So mamí , we going to chill or what ?"
"Um.... Yeah." I gave him a smile and he smiled back. I looked at Renee and she had a smile on her face and raised eyebrows. Rudy's phone range and he took it out of his pocket.
"Excuse me ladies, I have to take this." He said smiling and he got up and walked to the side.
"So Jorge how you been ?"
"Good, what about you Renee ?" So his name is Jorge ? Why hasn't he been talking ?
"I've been great , me and Darión still together and were doing really good."
"Sedio? When are you going to dump him and get with a real hombre like me?" I was confused , what was he talking about ? I'm guessing he likes Renee.
"Jorge, you know I can't do that.  I love Darión." Rudy came back to us.
"Jorge, tenemos que ir cuidar de algo."
"Esta bein, solo un minuto. Well when you change your mind, Renee, I'll be here. Adiós hermosa." she blushed and I smiled. That's so cute.
"Well ladies, we have to go but Mary, I'm looking forward to hanging out en poco tiempo. See you guys in school." They left and I sat there looking at Renee cheesing.
"Wow. That was interesting."
"That boy Rudy, he's cute and he goes to our school ? Why haven't i seen him ?"
"I don't know but he was definitely there. Him and his brother."
"What was that all about ?"
"What?"
"You and Rudy's brother."
"Oh... Aha he just likes me. He's been trying to get with me for the longest time but I've been with Darión. I mean he's cute but i love Darión and i couldn't do that to him. But you and Rudy... You better get at that girl." i blushed and looked down at my hands. He's really cute and he seems chill but its too soon. I still have heavy feelings for trey. But i guess in order to get over him, i need someone to distract me.
"I don't know maybe. Is he in a gang ? You guys were talking about the police and gang affiliation and stuff."
"Yeah he is. Rudy is really dangerous but he's a good person. If you asked around school they would tell you to stay away from him but that's because they don't know him like i do. Plus, he will definitely get your mind off of Treys bitch ass." I nodded.
"I still don't know. I don't want to be involved in any of that gang stuff. I've had enough of that being with Trey."
"Trey and Darión aren't in a gang. They just sell dope."
"Where do they get it from?"
"They know people." Hm... I wonder if Rudy knows Trey. Probably. He probably buys drugs from him. I shook my head. Why do people do drugs anyway ? I find it pointless. Maybe its a stress reliever? I don't know I just find it gross. I sure as hell will NOT be doing it.
"You ready to go ?" I said shaking my head.
"Yeah." So we got up and threw our trash away then got the stuff we bought and left the mall and Renee took me home.
