Forever (A Carson Lueders Story)

Chapter 12

I have probably drifted off to sleep, but I wasn't fully asleep probably like half asleep or something, this is when I felt someone's arms around me and then me being lifted up. I figure that it's my dad, but just to make sure I open one eye and then see my dad, knew it, I thought as I close my eye again.

I woke up at around 7:30am, I totally forgot that my dad carried me upstairs to bed last night.

"woah! how'd I get here?" I blurt out as I fall out of my bed (I gotta stop falling out of bed in the mornings)

I take a quick shower and get dressed, after that I do my hair in a messy bun and grab my phone and bag and exit my room and make my way downstairs.

As I walk into the kitchen I check the time, it reads 7:55, quickly I grab an apple and walk out of the front door.

"WAIT!!" Someone calls behind me, followed by footsteps and the door opening to reveal Carson, he closes the door behind him and we both make our way to school.

"Eww I am so not in the mood for school today" I huff causing Carson to giggle

"Hahahah" he laughs at me pointing his finger to me, I slap his hand and laugh back at him.

At school

"Sit down class" Mr Thompson (our science teacher) orders, the whole class takes a seat and is immediately silent, Mr Thompson is one of the most strictest teachers in the whole school.

He starts taking the register but as I'm really tired and bored I let my mind wonder.

"Meghan?" Mr Thompson calls but got no answer, he looks around the room and spots me sitting at the back end table.

"Meghan!" He calls again, Carson kicks my leg causing me to snap back to reality, I quickly glare at him but he gestures Mr Thompson who is staring at me.

"Oh sorry...here sir" I say feeling quite embarrassed, I feel my cheeks get hotter so I look down at the table until I feel like looking back up.

After class me and Carson bump into Matty.

"Hey Matty" Carson greets
"Hello Matt" I greet
"Hey guys" he greets back but his eyes get fixed on me
"Are you two?" He starts but got interrupted by a giggle coming from Carson.
"Yeah" he replies
"Awh, yay, by the way Meg I thought you were gonna meet me the other day, what happened?" He asks
"Oh man, sorry I forgot" I tell him
"It's all right" he laughs and walks off

After school

Me and Carson took a bus into town, we decided that we were going to watch the new star wars movie today (and also because Carson bought tickets ages ago and today is our viewing of the film).

"I have to admit something" I say stopping in my tracks causing Carson to stop with me.
"What is it?" He asks looking nervous
"I haven't really watched any star wars movie properly, I ain't the biggest fan" I tell him
"Hahah, I had a feeling this might be the case, this is why we left so early, so when we're waiting I will explain the whole story line so far for you, hopefully you will understand what's happening anyways" he explains and I just shot my head up with the biggest smile ever and nod.

To be honest I understand Carson's explanation of all the films so well I could actually write up a page on what star wars is about, but I ain't gonna do that coz I can't be asked. (In real life I don't really watch star wars, I have only seen small clips from some of the films, no hate please).

"Let's go get some popcorn" Carson screams jumping up in the air
"NACHOS!!" I scream jumping up with him and we both run up to the till and buy our food and drink and then queue up for the film.

After the film Carson took me home and said goodbye to me and kissed me on the forehead and then left to go home, I enter my house.

"How was the film?" Rose asks smiling as she is holding the puppy stroking it.
"It was good" I reply, I stroke the puppy and then make my way upstairs to my room, I fall back on my bed and smile, today has been a good day, I thought and then drifted off to sleep.
