Phil's Point of View

"Daan, what if somebody, as in a fan, sees us? We haven't done this in such a long time!" I complained for the umpteenth time.

Dan asked me out a few days ago, you know like the old days. But this was just our second date before we came back together again.

And, I was freaking out. People thought that when we went to that Chinese restaurant, we were on a date. Worst part, they were correct! Of course, we didn't say anything and just said that we had a meeting with some people.

"Oh Phil, your such a mess. Come on, it'll just be you and me." Dan assured me again. He was finishing my buttoned up red plaid shirt.

He was wearing a grey shirt with his usual black zipper jacket on.

I don't know how he could be so calm during this time. Somebody could be out there and take a picture of us!

"Phil, you're saying your thoughts out loud again. You remind me of myself." Dan says making me blush in realization.

"Dan! You make me insane." I pouted but started to laugh at how weird we used to be back then.

"Hey, what's wrong? Something in my face? What are you laughing about??" Dan wondered at my random fits of laughs.

"Nothing...!" I said in between giggles.

He soon laughed with me too. It was like he was infected by me.

"Alright, tonight is just you and me." Dan said after our laughter.

I continued to fix myself up. Fringe, check. Button-up, check. Zipper.. oh um.

I zipped my pants up, awkwardly. Ok. Check.

"Come'on the uber is here." Dan announced.

I took my phone, wallet, and the keys and we headed out.

This drive is probably taking hours! I don't know where Dan is taking me at all. He just gave a piece of paper to the driver and we started going, wherever.

"Dan, are we there yet?" I asked being the usual impatient person I am.

"Almost." Dan answered. He had this glint of excitement in his chocolate brown eyes.

To be honest, I also felt excited by the second.

Suddenly the car went on a stop.

I look outside and it was a carnival!

We paid the uber and I was already rushing Dan about the place.

"Jeez, slow down, ok?" Dan asked my excited, kiddy self.

I nodded at him. There weren't much people here. Just a few couples, here and there.

There was a huge roller coaster that reminded me of the time when we went to Universal Studios with Cat.

We went through each ride I think. Nobody noticed us, maybe because everyone seems to be here for the same reason, for their loved ones.
