Anastasia
I spent the last few hours decorating Ignacio's house and going Christmas shopping. I even got him a Christmas gift, or maybe three. I used ten boxes of tinsel, put up on Christmas tree (black), 15 yards of ribbon, seven wreaths, five stockings, baked eight dozen cookies, bought three pounds of assorted candy, and cut out hundred snowflakes. His house now screamed CHRISTMAS.
I turned on Christmas music and started to sing along softly as I went to make some hot chocolate.
"What the f*ck did you do to my house?" Ignacio gritted out as he looked around his now colorful house.
"I decorated it," I say happily as I turned around.
"Take it down now. All of it," He yells as me.
I shrink back and back away from his slowly until I hit a wall.
"No you need to learn how to love Christmas," I whisper back at him, scared.
"I DON'T WANT TO LIKE CHRISTMAS!" Ignacio screams at me.
"I spent five hours on this Ignacio," I said, "And got to bed at three am."
My eyes start to tear up and start to blink my eyes trying not to cry. I was stronger then this. I needed to get over the fact that he didn't like Christmas. The Christmas music I had been playing from the radio quickly shut off and I whirled around trying to find out why.
"The city of Plamchester is now in a level three snow emergency. No one should go outside stay inside our homes,"
I turn at look at Ignacio's face and he looks furious.
"God damn it, I just wanted you to go home," Ignacio almost cries.
"I'm sorry Ignacio, I can go home," I say softly.
"No. You will get lost and then I'll have to call the cops and the cops don't like me all too much," He says.
A quiet meow came from behind me and I saw all three kittens walk out of the kitchen.
"Oh my god,"
"GOLLY!" I say back.
"No it's god," Ignacio retorts back.
"Do you like them?" I ask.
Ignacio
"You got me... three cats?" I ask in disbelief as I stare at the little kittens walking out of the kitchen.
"Yeah! Their names are Eggnog, Feliz Navidad, and Noel. Are you angry?" She asks.
"They're so CUTE!" I scream, running over to the kittens and scooping all three of them up, "LOOK AT THEM WITH THEIR LITTLE PAWS AND LITTLE FACES! THEY'RE LIKE MINI VERSIONS OF REGULAR CATS WHO ARE ALREADY CUTE BUT THEY'RE SO SMALL AND ADORABLE AND-"
I get cut off by myself starting to cough because I was talking and laughing at the same time and I hadn't laughed in a while and I forgot how to without choking.
"You mean... you're not angry?"
"They're kittens. You got me three kittens. How could I be mad at you, they're so cute,"
There's a little orange and white kitten, black and orange, and grey and white. The black and orange one started to crawl up my arm and sat on my shoulder. I couldn't help but giggling at the little cat.
"What are their names?"
"I already told you," She says.
"But I dunno which one is which,"
