Carl Azuz hopelessly stood in a cramped room, along with NASA executives hopelessly sitting at a hopeless table. The Earth was doomed. They were doomed. Everybody was doomed. Now, they had to decide how to break the news.

"You have been brought here because you are greatest reporter of all time." One hopeless face started. Other hopeless faces nodded in agreement. "If anyone is to break the news, it will be you."

"So that's it? We're all doomed? Nothing will save us?" Carl said, holding back tears.

"The material that the spacecraft is made from, is, beyond anything we've ever seen."

"The only thing to do now, is to decide whether to notify the public, and cause chaos, or let them die in peace."

"We need to notify the public! It's our duty!" Carl yelled.

"But that would cause chaos, rioting and looting." another hopeless face calmly answered. "Besides, there is nothing we can do. It's over. I think that our best option, is, to just, let it happen. No rioting, no looting."

It was obvious that he had another thing to say, but everybody was already thinking it. "Just death."

Carl Azuz was not the kind of man to give up easily. But even he knew that it was truly hopeless.

"So if there's really nothing we can do, why are you telling me this?" asked Carl.

"Because, like we said, you are the greatest reporter the world has ever seen. If you wish to report this, it's not our right to deny you that." answered an executive. Several other executives nodded in agreement. "It's your choice."
