I entered into the city of Magnolia. My eyes darted everywhere, from the tiny shops, to the old style cottages. Children ran through the streets without a care in the world, old men sat around a pub drinking and discussing the happenings of the town, and merchants showed off their merchandise in hopes of striking up a sale. In all of my travels, I have never seen a town so wonderful.

I took a deep breath and inhaled the sweet smell of Magnolia. I really hoped that I found the person who I was looking for, but even if I didn't, I would have to say that I wouldn't be an unhappy person. Magnolia is such a lovely town.

'Hmmmm, the guy said something about the Fairytail Guild.'

I walked up to a woman who had two little girls with pretty blonde hair and emerald green eyes clinging onto her arms.

"Um , excuse me miss," I said, grabbing the her attention. Her emerald green eyes bore into my gray ones as if she was assessing who I was.

"Yes, how may I assist you?" she asked in a stern voice.

"I'm looking for the Fairytail Guild please," I said.

"And what may a little girl such as yourself be doing looking for such a dirty and rambunctious guild?" she asked.

I was taken aback. Who would be as foolish as to badmouth a guild that will protect the town? As far as I am concerned, Fairytail wasn't a dark guild.

"I'm looking for a friend of mine," I said with as much politeness I could have mustered up.

"Tch," she said as she turned her head in disgust. "If you must know, that unruly guild is just north of the park."

"Thank you, but where is the park?" I asked her.

An irk mark appeared on her head.

"I see you have beauty, but no brains," she said, then walked away.

"Miss," I called after her, but she continued to walk.

'The town may be pretty, but the people sure are ugly.'

"Hello, miss," said a voice that made me jump.

I turned around only to find a boy with pink hair, and charcoal black eyes. He was wearing an opened vest that exposed is perfectly sculpted torso and a checkered patterned scarf around his neck.

"Um, Hi," I said with a smile on my face.

"Excuse her," he said. "Her husband just left her for another woman. She was red headed I believe."

I nodded in understanding.

"So," he said with a broad smile on his face and putting his hands behind his head. "I heard you were looking for the Fairytail guild."

"Yes... Yes I was," I told him.

"Well, follow me!" he said then began to run.

"Hey, wait up!" I shouted as I followed him.

After a few minutes of sprinting through the town, and apologizing every so often for running into townsfolk, the boy abruptly stopped.

I was keeling over in exhaustion.

'So freaking tired.'

Suddenly, the boy kicked open the two large double doors.

"ALRIGHT I'M BACK AND I'M ALL FIRED UP!" he screamed as fire erupted from his mouth. My eyes widened at the sight of the guildhall. It was in utter chaos. People were brawling on the floor, a half-naked woman was drinking out of a freaking barrel, and two men were spinning and clearly drunk.

"Shut up you idiot."

"No one cares."

"Shut up fire breath."

Suddenly, the boy walked up to another boy with dark blue hair, black eyes, but most of all, he was half-naked!

"What did you say, iceboy?"

"WHY DON'T YOU TWO SHUT UP!"

My heart stopped.

I knew that voice like the back of my hand.

'It couldn't be her. No, she was back at her home waiting for me to return.'

However, as much as I was wishing for it to be true, my eyes were casted on a certain blonde haired, brown-eyed girl.

THUMP

THUMP

THUMP

My heart began to beat wildly. I had to get out of here NOW, before she spotted me. The wizard who saved me might not be here anyway. I turned to go, but a certain voice stopped me, along with someone grabbing my wrist.

"Evangeline?"

"Lucy... I... I can explain," I said, but my only answer was a sharp stinging sensation across my face.

"How could you leave me!" cried Lucy. "Huh, Evangeline?"
