The Reason She Doesn't Talk

( 3rd person p.o.v)

As Mizuki was resting in her dorm zero was waiting for her to wake up. He wanted to protect her and felt forbidden feelings towards a pureblood.

Kaname walked ina nd glared at zero and said " Zero I know you have taken a liking to my sister, but if you hurt her I will kill you without hesitation " zero glared at kaname but looked back at the sleeping Mizuki.

" She is our last hope, she will explain to you when she wakes up " kaname said and kissed her cheek and left. Zero kept waiting until she started to shift in her sleep.

She told opened her reddish brown eyes and looked at zero with confusion. ' I'm sorry, I must have been a burden to take care of ' zero frowned and pet her hair and said " no, I actually like being with you " Mizuki blushed and nodded

" Mizuki I want to know, why do you keep your voice hidden " zero asked and she froze in fear. ' must I ? ' he nodded and she signed.

'The ribbons of fate move forward in the wind constantly moving from side to side in a perfect rhythm. But when those same waves are affected my power they become more fiercer and more intense. My powers are are disturbed by fear, hat and strong shifts in moods, it interferes with fate and changes reality as a result I cannot show any kind of emotion' zero looked at the girl in pity as she kept writing.

' there's a reason that I never speak, it's because in each of my words there is power, unfortunately as a result of this fact I must never be able to speak. My words like a burden are heavy I can't control the power in them. So I must never be able to speak ' zero looked surprised but said " can you at least say 'OK and ah ' "

She kept writing. ' when I use my word and powers a unbearable pain runs through my head. I hate when that happens' zero watches the girl write as her hands start shaking. ' the power of eternal youth lives within my veins and my heart produces a large amount of power that must be suppressed' zero starts understanding and asked " so is that why you dress like that "

' I wear these gauntlets and plate armor to suppress my powers and keep them under control. My power is so strong that it will out live my body. ' zero's eyes widen and he said " so does that mean "

' my powers will continue working after I am dead ' she writes and zero looks at her in fear " I'm so sorry, isn't their a way to stop your powers "

' yes but it has to be a someone really special to me, but I don't know who that is ' she started crying and wrote down ' you hate me now, huh?' Zero glared at her and yelled " why would you say that, I could never hate you "

Zero looked at her with sympathy ' one you find that out you'd come to hate me....... You don't mind being with me? Can I stay here with all of you? ' zero hugged her while she gripped onto him and he said " don't go anywhere, stay here with us Mizuki "

She smiled but zero find see it and she hugged him back and she felt butterflies in her stomach but it was a good feeling. But she wanted to stay with them but most of all she wanted to stay in zero's embrace.
