Chapter 12

Virgo POV

I arrive at my house and as I walk through the door I'm greeted by Cindy. She cleans my house and let me tell you she's pretty hot.

"Hello Liam" she says in a seductive tone. We've had a couple of hookups but I mean it's okay. I live alone in a big house, well my parents own it. We're rich so I never bothered into looking for a job.

"Hey" I say ignoring her. I'm not in the mood for anything. I walk past her and take off my coat. She comes closer and lays her hands on top of my shoulders, giving me a massage. It feels good.

"Before I forget this just came in for you" she says and hands me an envelope. What is this...it's probably an invitation to a party.

"Who brought it" I ask curious and her hands go back to massaging my shoulder.

"I don't know, it was in the mailbox" she replies answering my question.

"Okay you can stop massaging me" I order her. I'm about to open the envelope but I can see Cindy peeking behind me. "What are you doing, you can leave" I say and she sighs walking away from me. She wants something more but I'm not ready to give her what she wants.

I start opening it and I find a plane ticket along with a note. I read the note and my curiosity just escalated. Zodiac? What's that? One of the twelve? I'm very confused. Why Washington? I have to do some further investigation.

"Cindy" I yell and she comes running to my side. "Did you see even a glimpse of what the person looked like" I ask.

"No, it was just in the mailbox" she replies questioning my sudden interest. I ponder for a while and I go to my office.

There's a camera outside the house. If someone was here then the camera must have caught them. I look through my laptop and put in the code for the outside camera. I check it and the screen goes black. I try to reload the page but nothing appears. Its as if they hacked into my system. There are still many unanswered questions.

I sit in the chair and google zodiac. Many pages pop up and I find one that catches my attention. I start reading the long text.

Zodiac is an ancient group. There are 12 signs which include Aries,Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. Each sign is special in contributing to the group.

A long time ago there was a group who called themselves vicious spiders. It is unknown as to why they choose that name. The team consisted of 12 members, 6 females and 6 males. The number throughout the years might change.

It is said that the world has brought them together to do good, but under improper rule they become chaotic. The leader is usually a male from the Leo or Scorpio sign. Many people say that each sign holds a special mark representing their zodiac sign.

Their different characteristics are what make the team functionable. If you have a symbol on you be careful. Many will try to get their hands on you, they say zodiacs are special some how. But you will always have 11 companions. No matter what you do, you will always find a way to each other it is inevitable.

That text didn't help, I have more questions than before. But if it's inevitable meeting them then might as well start now.
