Chapter Twelve

It's been about an hour on the bus, and it's scary but I'm happy.
"Boys, before the concert you have meet and greets, then after that we have 30 minutes to kill before sound check and then after the concert we have to go straight up to New York."
"Sounds great," Harry says, moving his legs across the couch.
"Hey Louis," Niall says before Louis looks in his direction.
Niall throws him a candy bar and Louis smiles before opening it.
"And Louis, I would lay off the candy bars. Along with the rest of three of you." Josh says before going into the back of the bus.
Louis frowns before looking at me, "Ashleigh?" He hands the bar out at me.
"Sure." I smile as he throws it at me. I lay my back again the built in black couch and bring my legs to my chest.
"I wonder if there's-"
"Stop the bus!" Liam cuts Niall off.
"Liam mate?" Harry says.
"Stop. The. Bus!" He repeats himself.
The bus comes to a stop on the empty highway and Liam stands up and pulls me by my hand. I drop the candy bar on the couch.
"What?" I ask as we get to the front of the bus, the boys behind us.
"We'll be just a second." Liam says to the bus driver as she opens the doors.
"Why is the bus stopped?!" Josh says.
"I don't know." Niall says.
Liam takes out his phone and leads me him the bus, to a sign.
"Welcome to Maryland."
"Liam.."
"Louis get your ass out here!" Liam says.
Louis' head appears from the bus and he comes out.
"Take a picture of us." He says, handing Louis his phone.
Louis takes the phone and Liam wraps his arm around me and we smile.
Louis quickly takes the photo before Josh is yelling at us to come back.
"One down, fourty nine to go." Liam smiles at me as Louis hands him his phone back and go back inside the bus.
"One down, fourty nine to go." I repeat him and smile.
