"Hello?" my voice sounds very unsure.

"Hey sweetie," Sarah's voice goes from worried to calm in seconds.

"Hi mom." I smile and walk on with Hazel to her car.

"Where are you at?"
"I'm in Maryland right now."
"Really? That's cool. What are you doing now?"
"I just finished up shopping with a friend and now we're heading to Liam's concert."
"Oh, I'm glad you're having fun..." Sarah's voice sounds hurt.

"Mom, don't be this way..." I lower my voice.
"I just miss you."
"I'm nineteen mom, I'm just doing normal young adult stuff."
"Traveling the world with a boy band?"
"No mom, I'm having fun."
"Oh..."

"Well, I have to go."
"Okay, bye I love you. Talk to you soon."
"Bye, love you too."
"Stay safe,"
"Okay, mom. You too. Tell Alexis I said hey, and that she needs to check her kik for those photos."
"Okay, I will."
I hang up the phone and place in between my thighs and I sigh.
"Mom?" Hazel asks as the stadium is in view.

"Yeah... She isn't a big fan of me leaving her."
"My mom was like that with Josh and I too, but as soon as she saw we were happy and having fun she just accepted it."

As we take our seats, my eyes gaze around the thousands of girls screaming and crying as the boys appear. I smile at the thought this is the best night of these girls lives. My eyes are glued on the small figure that is Liam. Hazel is jumping and screaming along to the lyrics.

"Written in these walls are the stories that I can't explain. Leave my heart open but it stays right here empty for days..."
I watch everyone single along and smile as I hear someone sob happy tears.

After Story of My Life, it's Liam's turn to speak.

"This song goes out for a special girl named Ashleigh Adams, I love you babe."
You and I start to play and my heart drops. Girls everywhere start to Awe and my face turns red.

"Ash, your boyfriend just gave you a shout out!" Hazel yells over the music.

A girl sitting next to us, "Wait, you're Liam's girlfriend?" she yells. Heads turn our way.

"She's the girl in the video with Liam at that dinner!" Another girl yells.

"Oh god..." Hazel says.

"Are you seriously dating Liam? You're probably just a beard!"
"Liam Payne's girlfriend."
"I heard she has an eating disorder."
"Ashleigh Adams, that's her."

"Guys, enjoy the concert and leave her alone." Hazel snaps.

"How can I enjoy the concert with a crazy person here who starves herself!" One yells.

"I'm leaving." I say, walking past the girls, Hazel closely behind me.

"Ash, wait up!"

I keep walking.

"Ash!"

"Why are fans so judgmental?!" I yell from leaning against the close gates.

"They're just jealous Ash, you can't let them get to you."

"I wish it was easier..." I say as a couple people walk past us.
"What was easier?" Hazel comes closer to me.
"Not being effected by every little thing..." I feel tears roll down my face and Hazel hugs me tightly.
"Ash you're going be okay."
I wish you were right.
