The Next Day
I climbed out of bed and slipped my shoes on. The smell of moms breakfast lingered from down stairs. I slowly dragged myself to my closet and slipped on some clean clothes then brushed my hair and made my way down stairs.
"Morning mom."
"Morning, dear, have a good night?"
"Yeah," I lied, "It was fun."
"Did Ryan behave his self?"
"Of course mom." I lied yet again.
I dont see it as a bad thing to be lying to her. It isnt her business anyways. Talk about an Awkward conversation. I could see it now...
"Hey mom."
"Hello there, my innocent, wonderful, perfect angel of a daughter."
"Yes mother," I would say, "About that..."
"Yes my perfect angel who does nothing wrong?"
"Well my wonderful and caring mother, Ryan and I messed around last night."
She would then proceed to gasp, "YOU MEAN?!"
"Yes mother. He touched my breasts and kissed them."
She would then faint.
I laughed at my stupidity and then sat down at the table. French toast and eggs with lots of syrup. Thats always been my favorite. I finished my meal and then went back up stairs to finish getting ready to meet Anna at the mall. She had the bright idea to go 'early prom shopping'.

At The Mall
"Okay," Anna finally said, "Ill go try these 7 on."
I sighed as I continued to browse through the dresses. I seemed to find atleast one thing wrong with each dress.
Purple Prom Dress:
-V neck cut
-Fancy lace trim
-Ruffled bottom
-Perfect fit
BUT cliche little flower on the front.
Neon Green Prom Dress:
-Original
-Shorter
-Great neck line
-Flared out bottom
BUT a price over $5,000
Pink Prom Dress:
-Floral design without looking too cliche
-V neck
BUT awfully plain bottom
One dress finally came close to my oh so very picky standards:
White and Black Prom Dress:
-Original
-Black Belt-like bow
-Cliche neck line
-No one has it
-Enexspensive
-Fits well
BUT Ryans not going to prom.. so neither am I.
