Naruto's POV:-

I have been bored sitting at my house all day without anything to do. I was thinking about whether to go outside for a walk, when the doorbell rang.

I answer the door and to my surprise it is Gaara standing on the porch looking all flustered.

"You didn't go to school....?"

He shook his head and came in as I held the door wide open for him.

"Why...?"

"Busy, moving stuff in our new house and Temari didn't bother to wake me up cause I slept late. So I decided to ditch school for a day. Just came in to ask how you were doing?"

"I am fine." I say nodding. "Forced to rest today." I mutter rolling my eyes.

He chuckled at me and we remain quiet for a few minutes.

"And why were you looking flustered...?" I suddenly ask

"None of your business." he answered looking embarrassed.

I chuckled at his reaction.

"So it's about a girl, huh?"

"NO!"

"You do realize that you just proved my point, right?" I laugh

"Shut up." He grumbles.

I continued laughing.

"I am leaving..." He sighs and turns to walk out.

"No! Stop please. I am hella bored. I would really like some company."

He sits back and lets out a sigh.
"You are laughing at me but what about you....?"

"What about me....?" I raise a brow and frown.

"I know of your fake relationship with Hinata."

I stiffen at his statement. I force myself to chuckle and shake my head.
"You clearly got it all wrong. I don't know where you get these kinds of gossips or....."

"You just proved my suspicions right. I can't believe no one noticed this. Why the hell are you two acting." he shakes his head gets up and walks towards the window.

"Especially when you feel those exact feelings you are trying to pretend about." He adds looking back.

His words shut me up. I am surprised that I want to stop and think about those words. I force myself  to snap myself back to reality and deal with the problem in hand.

''Gaara, you are misunderstanding the situa...."

"Quit the acting Naruto. Start talking." He snaps at me and I look at him surprised.

He pauses and takes a deep breath. He walks back to the couch, sits down and continues.

"You don't understand Naruto. Toneri can take advantage of this situation and escape the minimum punishment Hinata has managed to convince the school board members for him."
