Who Gets Jealous? (Natsu and Lucy FanFiction)

CHAPTER 4- Take A Walk

The childhood friends are in a separate table talking about different things happened to them when they were separated. Everyone in the guild went back to where they end up their businesses with.

Meanwhile, Gray, Erza, Natsu, and Happy are in Mirajane's counter waiting for their food.

"Lucy and Sting really looks good together." Erza states.

"Yeah. I never thought Lucy could be that strong to be a saviour of a man during her childhood days." Gray added.

"Of course Natsu will not make a proposal of Lucy as our teammate if she is not something." Happy states a fact and winks.

After awhile, their food arrives from Mirajane.

"Guys, here are your foods. Eat well!" Mirajane offers.

Everyone eats their food as fast as they could. Gray asks them when to continue their job again. It takes them a day relaxing. Is it going to be extended for the mean time?

"Natsu!" Happy exclaims. But Natsu does not react accordingly.

He only stares at the two, Sting and Lucy, raising their high-five, then laughs, then blushes, and then shares stories again. Somehow, Natsu feels something indescribable. 'What specific story do they talk about? Will it be okay if I sneak up on them?' Natsu thought.

"Hey, flamebrain! What's with you?" Gray worriedly asks.

"Nothing." Nastu responds coldly.

"Natsu, your food. You are not even taking a glimpse of it." Happy states.

"Happy, Erza, is this really happening? Flamebrain doesn't eat? Ha! By the way, hey, are you going to kill those two? Haha!" Gray adds while eating.

"No, iceboy. It's you. I'm going to kill you." Natsu answers emotionlessly.

"What?! Do you want to start a fight?" Gray, irritated, asks.

"Come on, iceboy!" Natsu stands up, starting to form his fist into a ball.

And before Gray and Natsu can start a fight, Erza speaks where the two hugs each other and return to their seats in a split second.

"What?! Starting a fight again?" Erza asks.

"N-not. E-erza." Natsu and Gray say in unison.

Natsu turns his gaze to the table where Lucy and Sting were but unfortunately, the two of them are not there anymore. He looks around but fails to spot them. Because of that, he turns his face to their table and starts to take a bite of his food.

As they continue to eat their respective food, Lucy comes along looking for Mirajane. Sting is on her side, too.

"Hi Erza, Gray, Happy, and Natsu! Have you seen Mirajane?" Lucy questions.

"After she delivered our food, she disappears in my sight. I think she's at the second floor with Laxus. Hihi." Happy answers.

"I see. Well, then. Since we have nothing to do for this day, I'm going home early, okay? Please let Mirajane know when she arrives." –Lucy

"Okay, Lucy. Just be careful. And oh, wait! Are you going home alone?" –Erza

"I can walk you home." –Natsu suggests

"Uhm...yes? But actually, no. Thanks, Natsu but Sting's gonna come with me and we are going to walk around Magnolia. I bet he's new here, aren't you Sting?" –Lucy

"Yes, Lucy. I was really looking for Fairy Tail's guild when I first step in Magnolia for you. Thanks, Lucy. You are so sweet. Uhmm. Natsu, and Happy, may I excuse Lucy for today? Please just for today? Please?" –Sting pleads

"Hey, Sting. It's okay. You can hang out with Lucy more and have some time alone." –Gray says and Happy nods

"Thanks, everyone." –Lucy

"Thank you, too. Nice meeting you all. We'll go ahead then." –Sting

"You're very welcome. Take care, you two. Sting, take care of Lucy!" –Happy

"No! W-wait! Lucy, wait!" –Natsu stands up and follows Lucy and Sting's way.

"I'll come with you." He added.

"WHAAAAT?!"

And by the way, just to be clear, Sting Eucliffe for my story is not a bad character as how he was introduced in the real Fairy Tail's Grand Magic Games. He is indeed a nice person here. Hihi. Nothing. I don't want my readers to be confused with my writings. Thanks! :*
