---(About to go back to homestead.)--

"See you soon, Haytham." You drawled his name on as he waved good bye to Connor and you.

His footsteps got quieter each moment before they disappeared. Man, Connor got his looks after his father.

"So Connor, shall we head back to the homestead?" You asked facing him, patting his shoulder.

"Yes, it is getting dark." He replied walking towards the mare.

You followed behind him and stopped. Where was your horse? You peeked over Connor's shoulder to see only one horse present. Thieves.

"Erm.. Looks like we are boarding the same horse, is that okay with you?" You asked as he turned to face you.

"Yes, that is fine." He said stroking the mare's snout as it neighed lowly.

He climbed on first so he could guide the horse, then after he offered you a hand. You grabbed his hand firmly before he pulled you up behind him.

"Thanks sweetie." You teased as your hands glided down his back before they wrapped around his strong, hard waist.

He nodded and spurred the horse as it went into a trot, developing into a full gallop.

----(After a long ride back)----

You opened the door to the old homestead and took a step in. You rubbed your small hands together trying to create some sort of heat.

"And the duo are back." Achilles mumbled boringly eyeing you an Connor suspiciously.

You exchanged looks with Connor before following Achilles to the fire place.

You took a seat next to Connor.

"How was your trip." Achilles asked tipping his hat down slightly.

There was a short pause but you were going to answer him but Connor beat you to it.

"We know where church is located." Connor said leaning in placing his elbows on his knees.

Achilles nodded as he turned his attention to the crackling fire.

There was little silence before you yawned and pulled down your hood, showing your beautiful face.

"I'm tired." You blurted out randomly stretching your arms.

"Yes, our journey was long and you deserve rest." He said giving you a crooked smile.

"We." You corrected as you stood up.

He looked at you And frowned.

"Come on, you need it too you know." You said tugging Connor large arm.

He sighed in defeat and let you take him up stairs. Achilles looked at you both and smirked.

--(Connors room)----

"Your human, so you need rest." You said pushing him carefully onto his bed.

As you pushed him you forgot to let go so you went with him. Gravity pulled you towards Connors body so your bodies were pressed against each other. You blushed a bit and tried to push off him but your arms were tired from all the hard work earlier. You gave in and placed your head on his chest.

"My legs and arms hurt, can I.. Stay with you tonight?" You muttered softly into his chest.

You lifted your head and looked into his chocolate brown eyes. He did the same thing but he looked into (eye colour), sparkling eyes full of passion. He moved your (hair colour) strands of hair from your face.
