----(Boston)----

"Angel!" Shouted the man from across the stall, hoping to get her attention.

"Huh.." Angel confusingly looked up from her daze.

"Stop slacking off and get back to work, or you will be fired!" He threatened angrily dropping a pile of papers onto her desk, then leaving her alone with work.

She shook her head embarrassed, but she usually did go off into her own little world.

Angel slid off the first sheet of paper in front of her to see what she was doing. Her tired eyes skimmed over the sheet twice just to make sure of her task.

She sighed in defeat as her eyes were distracted elsewhere. All of a sudden ink and feathers were more interesting.

How had she gone this long without being fired?

She played with her for a while before the man entered again.

"What are you doing?" The man questioned loudly looking at her.

Her body shook as the voice rumbled through her head, making her shriek.

"God dammit! Why don't you stay on task?"

Angel lifted her head and avoided eye contact with him, so she would not get nervous.

"Angel, since you have been like this for the past few days I will have to.."

"No! No wait!" She almost begged giving him the eye contact he wanted.

"Sorry! Just please let me keep my job!"

"I wasn't going to fire you.."

"..."

"I was going to assign you to a new job."

"Oh my.. Sorry on my sudden out burst.."

"What ever, your job is to collect the bosses supplies from the markets and boats."

"Alright." She whispered silently to herself nodding at him.

"Now take this list and find all the items on it and return when you have finish or don't." He informed handing her the dirtied list.

"Go." He said pointing out the door, holding out a bag of coins.

Angel quickly got up and snatched the bag and stumbled out of the hall.

She scanned the stores for a name that would be good use, but none stood out.

Her eyes set on a little market set up in the centre of the road, making it not difficult to point out.

She headed towards the stall.

"Now where can I get.."

She was cut off when a man and shoved her suddenly, making her trip over on to the ground with a thud.

Her head spun a little before her eyes targeted the man who and pushed her over.

"Redcoats.. Bloody bastards." Angel mumbled under her breath before she lifted herself off the ground so she was on her two feet.

She patted herself off, until her hands met her pockets, that were flat.

"My coins!" She panicked and followed the mans steps, running as fast as she could around the corner.

The man was in sight but it was a large crowd to pass.

Angel managed to squeeze herself between the citizens of Boston, getting closer to the thief.

"Oh no.. I will be fired.." She nearly let tears out but she would by let that happen, since her father always told her to stay strong in those times of need.

Her yes frantically darted around the place, looking to see a eat way to get closer to him.

-

She started running again, using most of her energy, her breaths quickened and legs felt heavy and worn out.

The thief was in sight but she couldn't take it any longer, so she stumbled over.

"My coins!" Angel shouted out with all she could before her eyes closed as she cringed in defeat.

People started to give her funny looks but none of them out matched the per weight man's.

"Excuse me.." A low voice asked, placing his hand on her shoulder.

Angel jumped a bit before opening her swollen eyes.

Her eyes inspected the man to see him holding the bag of coins that the man had given her.

"Oh.." She started smiling widely in relief as she thanked him multiple times before hugging him.

Angel came back to her senses as a coughed had came from the man.

"Sorry." She quickly said taking a step back, grabbing the pouch of coins.

"No need to apologise, it is good to see you are alright and relieved." He informed smiling slightly.

ANGELS POV:

I was so relieved from this man who had retrieved my coins.

He was wearing odd clothes with a hood that concealed his eyes, weapons from many categories.. maybe he was a hunter.. but why would someone want to hide their face?

No-ones POV :)

"Well.. I am happy or what you have done, I'm sorry.. I do not have anything to give to-"

"It is alright, I do not require a reward."

"Oh.."
