Chapter 22: Chase and I

Asiana's POV

"What do you think the real reason I kidnapped you is?" Chase asked.

I stayed silent for once, not getting why at all. He wasn't always this mean to me though, there is one thing that me and Chase never told anyone about..... I knew Chase before I knew Angela. We were best friends, but then I met Angela. Angela and I instantly clicked, and immediately became very good friends. Chase, however, didn't like the fact that I left him for Angela. We were, of course, very small children, and didn't quite understand many things, but Chase was a very smart child. He began bullying me, but not Angela, he insulted me, but not Angela, he BEAT me, but not Angela. He knew what he was doing hurt me, he did it as revenge for what I did unintentionally. So when I moved, I moved to a different school too. I was so happy Chase was out of my life, but then one day, Angela came to me and announced that her and Chase were officially a couple! I was so shocked and angered, not at Angela, but at Chase. I knew what he was going to do, he was going to act nice and sweet, but then he's going to break her heart into pieces. I tried to tell Angela, but she thought it was a joke, so she dated him for a couple months. The day of their anniversary, she came to me in tears saying that she hated Chase because he cheated on her, I immediately knew it was my fault, for not telling her about the bullying.

"Do you know why?" He asked once again.

"No, I don't know Chase, why DID u do it?" I asked

"I did it because I felt bad for what I did, all I wanted was your friendship! We used to be the greatest of friends, until that bitch Angela came, she-"

"Don't you dare call her a bitch!" I spoke to him with pure venom in my voice,"You don't know what you put her through! She trusted you, and I let her, thinking it would be alright, you broke her heart, and when she finally has it back, you come again!"

"I loved her!" He yelled sharply

"NO YOU DIDN'T!" I screamed at him

"YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE PAIN I WENT THROUGH WHEN YOU LEFT ME FOR HER, BUT THEN I REALIZED THAT SHE MADE ME HAPPY!"

"If she made you happy, then WHY DID YOU HURT HER?!" I said

"I got drunk that day, I forgot everything; the anniversary, and her! I was so upset when I finally sobered up, I knew I messed up big time"

"She was my best friend!" I began

"But now, she absolutely hates me, she wants nothing to do with me, I can't live with the fact that I made her so upset! I really can't live with myself!"

"Don't do what I think you're going to do." Chase said slowly

"Chase I'm not going to do anything like that I'm going to get Angela to love me again I just don't know how she's still not the same Ang she use to be I remember how happy and bubbly she was now it seems that she does everything to make everyone else happy." I wish I knew how to make things better.

Little did I know that my phone beeped end call...but who did I call?
