Olive cried for days and days, not able to move out of this shitty room 'Life Support' my ass.

Percy cried for days and days, locked up in his cell. He had asked his cousins to turn him in, he couldn't take the pressure anymore. So he turned to self harm. He had carved her name onto the walls, onto the floor... Into his skin.

He was sentenced to several years in prison, but his mother had paid enough for him to be released by the next few months. Wasn't fair was it? All those lives he took, and only five months in prison?

But then again, he had killed for reasonable purposes, his father had beaten him and his mom, drank and gambled. There was no reason for him to live, was there? He couldn't keep a job, he couldn't be a father, a husband, a brother, he was was a waste of space and oxygen. So Percy decided to take care  of the problem himself.

He had killed those seniors because they had almost killed a person he loved, and cared for. All these things out of love, but couldn't he let the cops handle it? No, they never did there job.

"Yes sir" , "No sir" Percy mocked them, they were one of the biggest jokes of humanity, thinking they looked powerful with fake guns, a taser and a doughnut.

"Percy," called Taymah from the other side "Here." she said, handing him a lunch box.

"Just put it over there." he waved his hand, not turning to look at her.

She placed the food on the ground and turned, but remembered something and called the officer. She murmured something to him in Arabic and he opened the cell door for her, handing her a first aid kit.

As Taymah wrapped Percy's scars, she noticed Olive's name, and turned the coil around it so hard he flinched "Sorry," she muttered.

He unwrapped the name "Don't cover that." He said, then immediately changed the subject. "What do you wanna study?"

"Medicine."

"Suits you."

"What do you want to study?"

"You'll laugh."

"No I won't." she smiled

"I want to become a swimming coach,"

"That's nice. It's a change, a refreshment."

"Yeah."

"Well, I'm done here." she said standing up, "Don't hurt yourself anymore."

She turned around but he tugged on her shirt "Yes?" she turned back.

"Please," he murmured, salty tears streaming down his green irises. "Don't leave."

She fell to her knees and wrapped her arms around his neck as he wrapped his around her waist, "I don't know what to do." he cried into her chest. Taymah knew it was wrong. She couldn't move from his warm embrace, but she had to.

She looked into his teary eyes and held his cheeks "Percy," she was searching for the right words, but couldn't grasp them "This is your fight. You can win it, I know you can!" she yelled, she herself on the verge of tears. "You can win this and get back to her."

Percy looked down, the sight of Olive in tears and pain because of him, it just wasn't right. "Tell her hello for me, will you?" She saw a tear drop down his cheek, and wiped it off with her sleeve.

"I will."

"Thank you."
