Amy and Ty: Life after marriage

The Perfect House

The next morning Amy and Ty wake up and get ready to go. They walk downstairs to the kitchen where Lou is making pancakes.
"Morning Amy." Lou said looking over her shoulder.
"Good morning." Amy replied as her phone rang and she took out her phone.
"Answer it." Ty mentioned.
Amy answered the phone "Hello"
"Hey Amy, this is Sara. The realtor for the house. I just called to tell you that your offer was accepted and put through. The house is yours."
"Wow! That's awesome. Thank you!" Amy replied.
"It's my pleasure. Just come by the house later today, I'll have the papers to sign and the keys for you. You can move in whenever you are ready." Sara told Amy.
"Okay. Thank you. See you then" Amy said and hung up. "That was the realtor for the house!"
"And?" Ty asked.
"We got the house!" Amy exclaimed.
"Wait, really!?" Ty questioned.
Amy nods "She said we could go sign the papers and get the keys later today and move in when we are ready."
Ty smiles "sweet."
"That's amazing you two. I'm happy you guys found your own place." Lou mentioned.
"Thanks Lou." Amy replies.

Later that day...

Ty parks his truck in the driveway of their new house and him and Amy climb out of the truck. They meet at the front, take each others hand and walk up to the front door of the house and knock. Sara opens the door and greets them
"Hello, come in come in." Sara said and stepped out of the way.
Amy and Ty smile and walk into the house.
"Follow me. The papers are just on the table in the kitchen." Sara mentions and walks to the kitchen.
Amy and Ty follow Sara into the kitchen and they all sit down around the table. Sara puts the papers in front of Amy and Ty and they sign where they were told.
"Well I am glad to say that the house is officially yours." Sara explained while handing the keys to Ty.
"Thank you for everything Sara." Ty day while taking the keys.
"It was my pleasure." Sara smiles. "Well I'm going to go, I have a client waiting at my office."
"Okay. Well thanks again." Amy said.
"Anytime." Sara replied and left.
Amy smiles and looks around "Wow. We officially have a place to call our home."
Ty smiles and hugs Amy from behind and says "Yep and I'm glad we do" and kisses Amy's cheek.
