Chapter 30: Content

"Mommy! Benji pulled my hair!" Maisy exclaimed. Benji laughed. "Benji, time out!" I said. He started to pout. "Hahaha!" I laughed. He looked just like his dad when he pouted. Benji went and sat in the corner. I was in the kitchen making lunch. "Mommy can I help?" Maisy asked. "Sure sweetie!" I replied kissing her on the the cheek. I put her stool towards the counter. We continued making sandwiches.

After lunch I decided to take the kids outside. We went to the meadow out back. I sat by the flowers. Benji went out and started to catch bugs while Maisy was picking yellow flowers. "Here mommy." She placed a yellow flower in my hair. I smiled. She ran off to play with her brother. I layed back in the soft grass. Taking a deep breath out , I closed my eyes for a minute. "Ya know, you shouldn't fall asleep like that. Someone could just kidnapp you." In a second Bill had picked me up bridal style. I laughed. "I think I'll be okay." I said smiling warmly at him. He kissed me softly. I blushed smiling. "Ewww!" The twins were sticking out their tongues. We both laughed. Bill scooped up the twins spinning them around. They giggled. He kissed them both. "I love you, shooting star." He said as we walked home. "I love you too dorito face." I smiled teasingly.

It was 9:00. I had put the twins to bed. I walked upstairs to my bedroom. While Bill was in the kitchen. I put on a red gown. I got into bed and pulled the covers over me. Bill came in, yawning. I yawned as well. He got in bed with me. We were face to face. I was blushing. I brushed his long blond hair out of his face. He rubbed his face against my hand. He pulled me closer. He kissed me again. I smiled. "Goodnight." He whispered. "Goodnight." We fell asleep together.

"MARKUS!" I heard Bella yell. I grimaced. She only called me by my real name when I was in severe trouble.... I sighed excepting my fate. I walked into the kitchen to see Her holding Dia, Who was wearing a white dress covered in mud. I facepalmed. "Dia, why?" I asked her. She smiled brightly reminding me of her mother. "I was exploring like you Daddy! But a tiny puma was chasing me and I dropped my journal so I HAD to get in the mud!" She exclaimed out of breath. I covered my mouth. "Pftttt.... Hahaha!" I started laughing uncontrollably. Bella frowned. "MARKUS! I just bought her this dress!" Bella punched me. Dia spun around not paying attention. After I was done laughing, I spoke. "I'll buy her a new one! Grunkle Ford didn't leave us an inheritance for nothing!" I grinned. She rolled her eyes. "You're cute when you're angry." I said. She blushed. I gave her a kiss. I took Dia and changed her clothes. We were scheduled to meet Mabel at the Gravity Falls mall for a shopping session. ....

"Bro bro!" I practically screamed. He laughed. "Hey sis." I looked down and saw Dia holding Dipper's hand shyly. I picked her up and squeezed her. She giggled uncontrollably. "There's my favorite niece!" I smiled. Bill came up behind me, holding Maisy and Benji's hands. "Hi sweetie!" I kissed Bill on the check. I looked around for Bella. "Where's my sister?" I asked Dipper. "Here she comes." Dipper responded. "Bella bug!" I hugged her. She had a huge grin on her face. "Hey sis!" She laughed. "Ready to go?" I asked. Everyone nodded.

We went into a clothing store without Dipper and Bill. I told them to go outside and catch up with each other. (I doubt that would happen, but still.) Me and Bella steadily shopped for the kids.

After we had gone shopping, all of us went to the shack. That's where Dipper worked. We had all gathered in the sun to watch "Grandpa the kid." The kids were playing with each other while I was making popcorn. I looked around at all the old Pictures of family. Soos's picture was still there. He married Melanie and had 7 kids. He also ended up settling upstate. We had never heard from him again after our grunkle's deaths. But we assumed he was fine. I finished making the popcorn and went to sit where everyone was gathered. I sat next to Bill during the movie... "You're my everything shooting star." He whispered. I smiled again. Here I was 6 years later. Happy as can be. I was..... content.

Even though this was the first book I've written, it has truly been a lovely time! UPDATE ON THE PSA.
