Awake All Night

~Chapter Eleven~

After Cody finished singing, he looked into my eyes.

"I wanted to know.... Can I be your gentleman?" He asked holding my hand.

"Did you just quote your own song?" Asked raising and eyebrow at him.

"Maybe..." He trailed off.

"That's so cute!! I would love for you to be my gentleman!" I smiled and hugged him.

He smiled and hugged me back.

"Never thought one day I would get to date my best friend." Cody said as we pulled away from the hug.

"Me either." I smiled.

We sat on the beach for a while goofing off, kissing, and then Cody decided it would be funny to splash me with water... So like a good Girlfriend I pushed him into the water! But it backfired and he pulled me with him... So here we are soaking wet.

"I cannot believe you pulled me with you!" I laughed.

"I cannot believe you actually pushed me in!" Cody laughed hugging me.

I laughed and hugged him back.

I grabbed my phone, and looked at the time. 

9:15 pm

"I should get home.." I said looking at my phone.

"Yea, I should get home too." Cody said.

Cody walked me too my car.

"I had fun." I smiled, turning to face Cody.

"I had fun too. I'm also really happy I get to call you my girlfriend now." He smiled, and put hi hands on my hips. 

"I'm really happy I get t call you my boyfriend." I said putting my hands on his shoulders.

He pulled me closer and gently kissed me.

"I'll see you tomorrow. Matt wants us to work in the studio together, because I told him to listen to Pretty Brown Eyes, and he liked it a lot." Cody said after we pulled away.

"Sound good. What time?" I asked.

He took out his phone and looked at it.

"11:00?" He asked.

"11:00 it is! See you then!" I smiled and kissed his cheek.

"See you then." He smiled.

I got into my car, smiling. I don't think this smile is ever going to go away.. But I don't want it too! I have an AMAZING Boyfriend who is also my best friend, Alli and I are becoming the bestest of friends again, I'm getting back into my career, my mum is happy finally, and I get to go on tour with my boyfriend! So far life is pretty amazing again, just like when Cody and I were in Australia together.

"MUM I'M HOME!" I yelled walking through the door.

"Did you have fun?" She asked from the couch.

I squealed and plopped onto the couch next to her.

"Do you have a new boyfriend?" She asked smiling.

"YES!" I shrieked.

She laughed.

"I'm happy, you are finally happy sweetie." She said hugging me.

"Life is finally good again." I smiled then turned on the tv.

"Welcome back to E! News! We just got pictures sent in of teen heart throb, singer/song writer Cody Simpson, and new girlfriend? Aubrey Owens? As you see the picture should be up, now. Aw! Something tells me they are going to be the new Jelena! Cobrey! Tweet us your thoughts using #CobreyIsIt! We also found these pictures of Aubrey being Cody's Angel at his concert here in L.A! These are a few hours after Aubrey got back from Australia. I'm guessing Cody never realised it was Aubrey, coming from his reaction after she told him her name. Is this when Cobrey started? Here's another picture of them at the beach, kissing by Aubrey's car." The lady just kept showing pictures of our little date that literally just happened. It probably has been 20 minutes since it happened... Jeez paparazzi get around!

"Well looks like you guys are public now." My mum said.

"We should talk to Scott about th-" I got cut off by my phone ringing.

I looked at it and it was Scott. Now that's just scary! 

I answered it and put it on speaker.

"On speaker, mum is next to me." I said.

"Good! Now please tell me more about Cobrey." 

"Well you see he asked my to got the beach, so I did, we had a good time, he sang me a song, then asked me if he could be my gentleman, so since I like him... A lot! I said yes." 

"How long ago did this happen?" 

"Like literally 20 minutes ago."

"Well paparazzi do work fast. We need to get you and Cody to post a video, do a U-Stream, and just anything you can to get this out, that is IS true."

"Sounds good. Tomorrow Cody and I are working together in the studio we could do a U-Stream and tell everyone then?"

"That sounds good. You might want to record it and post it on YouTube. Then as soon as we can we will get you guys on Ellen or something to tell everybody" 

"Okay. Mum sound good with you?"

My mum shook her head 'yes'

"Okay! So this will happen tomorrow! G'night Scott!"

"Good night!" 

After that I hung up. 

"Do you think you're ready for paparazzi do be on your butt all the time again?" My mum asked.

"Well they will be sooner or later. I mean I would rather later, but I won't mind if I'm with Cody." I smiled.

"How long do you guys think Cobrey will last? Tweet us @ENews using #CobreyLastings" The lady said.

I took out my phone and went to that hashtag.

I kept scrolling, and a lot of people think we will last for a long time. 

"Are you creeping the hashtag too?" I asked my mum.

"Yep. It's nice to see that people think you guys are a nice couple." My mum smiled.

"Yea it is." I smiled.

I decided to look through my mentions. One mention caught my eye..

I smiled, retweeted it, and replied.

I kept looking through my mentions, and saw one from Scott.

I started to laugh. OH Scott! This is why I love my manager, he is so weird, and funny. 

"You saw Scott's tweet too?" My mum laughed.

"Yep!" I laughed.

"Well it's already 10:30. If you are getting up at 10:00 to get ready, then you mght want to go to bed now, so you get a lot of rest!" My mum said.

"Okay! G'Night mum! Love you!" I said kissing her cheek, and getting up from the couch.

I went upstairs, showered, changed, and hopped into bed.
