Awake All Night

~Chapter Fifteen~

~Cody's p.o.v~

I'm sitting in this meeting, not really paying attention.. I mean I can't... I'm to busy thinking about Bri at that party! I didn't want her to go, but I don't want to hold her back from having fun... I love her so much I don't want her to get hurt at that party.. I know she won't drink anything alcoholic because she isn't like that, but I know she MIGHT give in to peer pressure... I hope she doesn't though. I also know she is easy to trick... UGH!

"Cody?" My dad called.

I turned to face him, he was at the door.

"What?" I asked.

"Time to go home." He said.

"Oh, right. Sorry." I looked at my watch and it's 7:00.

I groaned and got up.

"What's wrong, son?" Dad asked.

"I'm kind of nervous about Bri being at that party." I said as we walked down the hall.

"Well she is being safe, don't worry. If you guys need anything call one of us, or her mum." He said patting my back.

"I will." I smiled.

*Simpson's house*

My parents just left. I invited Stirling over, so he just got here.

"So how are you holding up, with Bri at that party?" Stirling asked.

"It sucks, man. I have a bad feeling." I said rubbing my face.

"Like?" Stirling asked.

"Like something bad happened to Bri, or something like that." I said.

My phone started to vibrate, so I took it out of my pocket.

It's Alli.

"Hello?"

"Cody, um.. Don't get upset or anything... but.." 

"But what, Alli?" 

"Bri is kind of, sort of, drunk..." 

"WHAT?! How the hell did that happen?!"

"I don't know! I wasn't by her! She came up to me kissed my cheek and was like 'Als I love you, you know that?' and her breath STUNK of alcohol! BRI DON'T DRINK THAT!!" 

"Alli where is this party!" I asked through my gritted teeth.

"1216 Harrington Boulevard." 

"Stirling and I are on our way. Try to get her out of that house!" 

"Okay."

She hung up and I rushed to the door.

"Come on." I groaned.

"What happened?" Stirling asked following close behind me.

"My bad feeling was correct. She's drunk." I said annoyance in my voice.

"How?" He asked.

"Alli has no idea." I said walking out the door.

We got into my car and I sped off to Harrington Boulevard.

"There!" Justin pointed to the road.

I turned down the road and saw the house.

I parked quickly, and got out.
