'No!' I screamed, 'You've got to hold on.' Tears were streaming down my face as I grabbed his hand and held it tightly to my chest. 'You promised your brother you'd look after me.' 'I'm s... so... sorry.' He stuttered. 'Please, Ethan. Hold on for me, I've already lost Jake. I can't lose you too.' He closed his eyes for a few seconds before smiling as he gently touched my cheeks. I grabbed his hand and tightly held it, 'Babe, please. Just wait a few minutes.' I crawled to my phone which was on the floor and dialled an ambulance to come over. Minutes flew by and I stayed next to Ethan the whole time. I held his hand tightly as he held mine. 'Don't let go off my hand.' I whispered to his ear, 'I want to tell you something.' He slowly looked up at me as he placed his hand over his stomach. I grabbed his other hand and gently placed it against my stomach. 'This baby can't wait to meet you.' 'What?' He murmured as a faint smile appeared on his face, 'You're pregnant?' He rubbed my stomach as I slowly nodded my head, 'And I'm definite he or she would love to meet his or her Dad.' 'It's mine?' I nodded my head slowly, 'So please, Ethan. For me and for our future child.' He dragged his body so he was sitting straight up and placed his hands around my shoulder, 'I'll try. But I want you to close your eyes and listen to me.' I slowly closed my eyes and kept quiet the whole time. 'I love you so much.' He coughed out bl0od before spitting to the floor, 'The first time I saw you, I knew you were the girl for me.' I smiled to myself as I placed my head against his chest. 'I will forever chërish these memories and I won't ever forget these. I love you, Ariana and I hope you will one day find the guy who will love you the same way I do or even beyond.' He paused, 'Look after our baby.' 'No!' I shouted.
