I slowly opened my eyes and smiled at the sunshine that streaked into my room. Everything was still quite blurry but as my eyes adjusted, I stared at my alarm clock for a split second. 'Bubbly tops!' I shrieked as I realised that it was 8:45am and that I was meant to be at work like fifteen minutes ago. Whipping the duvet covers from my body, I grabbed my jeans and a simple yellow t-shirt from my wardrobe. Quickly putting it on, I ran to the bathroom and washed my face, scrubing it with a hot towel. I felt butterflies fluttering. 'I'm really sorry.' I mumbled again but he just rolled his eyes at me and walked off trying to shove all the crumpled paper back in his briefcase. I watched him march off until I realised my job! Checking my watch, I realised it was 9:10am. 'Bubbly tops!' I shrieked. 'Wait, what did you just say?' I heard a voice behind me ask. I ignored the young man around my age and ran off...
