(A/N): So I'm doing this a little different than in the comics. In this you (the reader) is Tony Stark's daughter and you marry Steve Rogers.
--------
Steve's POV
I was standing at the alter waiting on her. Then I heard the music play. I look up...there she was, dressed in white and looking as stunning as ever. My jaw dropped.
"After 70 years I'm finally marrying the girl I was meant to be with forever." I think to myself.
I pull myself from my daydream and she's standing in front of me smiling.
"Hi." She says with that beautiful smile.
"Hello, beautiful." I say.
"I finally have the girl of my dreams. (Y/N) Stark." I think.

***Now let's flashback to when all this happened***

(Y/N)'s POV
I was sitting in the lab fidgeting with my pencil waiting on my 21st century catch-up appointment with Steve. I've been helping him catch up on all modern technology he's missed since he went into the ice. I see Steve walk in.
"Hey." I say.
"Hey, (Y/N). How's your day been?"
"It's been good. Ready for the lesson?"
"Actually. I had a better idea."
"Oh yeah. What would that be?"
"Well, neither of us are busy right now. Would you maybe wanna go to dinner with me?" He said nervously.
"I'd love to. We're we going? I'd kind of rather it be a casual place. Where we won't get hounded by the Press."
"Of course. There's a little café down the street. It's never very busy."
"Oh yeah. I go there a lot. Sounds awesome." I get up and grab my jacket as we head out the door. I slip my shades on as we walk outside and we walk to the café. I take a seat in a corner booth, Steve sits across from me.
"Glad you said yes." He says with a sweet sheepish smile.
"I'm glad you asked. I really enjoy spending time with you, Steve."
"I enjoy spending time with you. Your so down to earth and happy. Plus, I like when you act all smart. It's pretty damn cute."
"Now watch your language, Captain Rogers."
"Oh no. Not you too."
"I have to pick on you for that. It was hilarious."
"You and your dad will never stop giving me a hard time will you?"
"Nope. Never." I chuckle and Steve chuckles too.
"Good. I wouldn't have it any other way."
I smile. He then goes to speak again.
"So, (Y/N), we've worked together for a while and became such good friends recently..." I cut him off.
"You could us as more then just friends and colleagues, right?"
"Yeah. How'd you know I was gonna say that?"
"Because I can see it too. I really like you."
"Then be my girl."
I smile. "Gladly." He smiles.

***And that's how all of this begun. The rest is ancient history. We dated for 2 years. Got engaged on our 2nd year anniversary. Engaged for about 1 year and now we're getting married. So back to present day...***

Steve's POV
We say our vows, give each other the rings, and all the other wedding stuff. And that's it, we're finally married. I'm married to the one, my special girl.

We chat and dance the night away with our close friends all night and we go home. We decide to skip a honeymoon, too many chances to run into the press and we both have to deal with our SHIELD jobs. So we spend a few days at home, enjoying being newlyweds. Then Tony calls.
"Dad? What's going on?" I hear (Y/N) say from the other room. "Ok. I'll tell Steve. Thanks. Bye." She walks back into the room.
"What's up, sweetie? Tony doing ok?" I ask.
"Yeah. He's good. But the government proposed this issue where all heroes must sign up through the government, thusly making our identities known to the public."  I nod.  "Which I don't have a huge problem with, everyone knows who I am already being Stark's daughter and all. But I don't think it's right. Heroes shouldn't be forced to make their identities public."
"What'd Tony say about the whole matter?"
"That it should be up to each hero what they want to do."
"That's good."
"Which means the motion won't be sought through. There are too many opposing opinions."
"Good. Things are fine the way they are." She nods and sits by me on the couch and cuddles into my side. I wrap my arms around her a kiss her head.

Things are going good. And from this point on they continue to go great.
