Chapter 20

____________Levi's POV____________
For the past few days, I've had the feeling that (F/N), along with the rest of her team, are hiding something, but whenever I asked any of them, they either deny it or they just change the subject completely.
But, right at the moment, it seems that (F/N) has gone missing.
"Tch, where the hell is (F/N)?" I growl.
"Hey, don't ask me, even I can't predict what she does next." Dante grumbles, as he walks towards the training field.
'Dammit, where the hell did that brat go? I already asked Daichi, Mayumi, Mine, and now Dante, but none of them know.' I think bitterly, as I continue to search the training fields.
But, after about a half an hour of searching, I went back to the area where everyone was at, with still no sign of (F/N).
But, once there, I still saw no sign of her.
I clicked my tongue in annoyance, as I hiss out, "Did anyone find her yet?"
"What the hell do you think?" Dante growls out.
I was about to say something, but a voice stops me.
"Guys." A familiar voice says.
"Tch, where the hell have yo-" I stopped myself, when I saw (F/N).
The reason being, is that attached to her leg, was a boy, probably around the age of six.
"I need help." (F/N) whines.
"Explain. Now." I hiss through clenched teeth.
____________Your POV_____________
-----------------Flashback-------------
You were walking around the market place, trying to buy a few supplies for dinner and a few cleaning supplies for Levi, considering the fact that he was starting to run low.
But, as you walked past a stall, something bumped into your legs, causing you to stumble back a few steps.
You looked down, and saw a boy, probably around the age of six, sitting on the ground, trying to get up.
"There's the damn brat!" A deep male voice says, and pretty soon, you were surrounded by four large burly men.
"Oh, looky here, the damn thief got some company." One of the men says, as he inches closer to you.
You raise an eyebrow, as you say calmly, "Mind explaining what your doing?"
"Heh, that little brat there stole some bread from my stand, and now, we want pay back." Another man said.
You scoffed, as you said, "So you need four other men to take on this small kid, how pitiful."
"Damn bitch!" A man shouts, as he charges towards you.
You moved quickly, picking the kid up and slinging him over your shoulder, as you kicked the man in the face, knocking him out.
That was when the other three charged at once. You moved nimbly, as you dodged their fists and kicks.
"You guys have no skill whatsoever." You say, as you jumped up, kneeing one in the face, before jumping off his shoulder, and bringing your leg fully around, kicking the other man in the neck, knocking him unconscious.
You landed gracefully, the kid still slung over your shoulder, as you pointed to the last man, and said dangerously low, "I'm going to give you two choices, one is leave the kid alone and take your damn goons back or two is that I kick your sorry ass, just like your three buddies over there."
The man stumbled back, as you took a step forward, before scrambling up and running away screaming.
"Hmph, pathetic weakling." You mumbled, as you set the kid down.
"Now, go run along, kid." You say, as you turned around.
But, as you went to take the first step, a strong grip was placed onto your leg.
You looked down and saw the kid latched onto your leg.
You shook your leg, but the kid still clung on.
"What the hell?" You say, as you shook your leg harder, but again, the kid held on.
Your eye twitches, as you begin to walk away, the kid latched onto your leg the whole way back to HQ.

"-and that's what happened." You explained, the kid still latched onto your leg.
"Well, this is a problem." Mine states, as she kneels down to the kid's level, causing the boy to clutch your leg tighter.
"Hey, my name is Mine, what's your's?" Mine says, as she stares at the kid.
The kid doesn't reply, but instead, buries his face into your leg.
"Oi, kid." You call out, causing him to look up at you.
"I need to know your name, in order to help ya. So, if you don't mind, could you tell me?" You state, and the boy nods, but doesn't say anything.
"Well?" You ask, as you crossed your arms.
He tugs onto your sleeve, causing you to raise an eyebrow and look towards your team for answers.
"I think he wants you to lean down towards him." Mayumi states.
You look down at the kid, before leaning down. The boy then leans forward and cups his hands over your ear, before whispering, "Seiji."
"And last name?" You ask.
"Domen." The kid, now known as 'Seiji', whispers into your ear.
You nod your head, as you stand up, and look towards Mine.
You signal with you head for her to walk over, which she complies.
You lean over, and say quietly in her ear, "I need you to search whatever information you can get you hands on for both the kid Seiji Domen and his last name, is that clear?"
Mine nods her head, before walking away.
"Tch, what the hell are we going to do with the kid?" Levi asks.
"Well, since he won't leave (F/N) alone, I guess the only choice that's optional is to let (F/N) take care of him." Mayumi says.
"Now way." You hiss, causing everyone to look at you.
"I can't take care of a kid, you know that." You say, and suddenly, you heard whimpering.
You look down, and saw the kid looking down, as tears well up in his eyes.
"What's wrong with you?" You ask, as you stare at the kid.
But, that caused him to start to wail out.
"Waaaa!" Seiji wails, as tears pour down his face.
Panicked, you look towards the others, as you say, "W-What the hell is wrong with him!?"
"I think he's upset because you won't take care of him." Daichi says, trying to hold back a snicker.
"E-Eh, but I can't." You say, causing the boy's wailing to become louder.
This causes you to become even more panicked, as you shout out, "Okay! Okay! I'll take care of you, just stop crying already!"
And almost immediately, Seiji's wailing quiets down to small hiccups, before stopping completely.
You groan, as you place your hand onto your face, as you whine out, "What am I going to do now?"
