Chapter 14 - Tick Tock

Past

3rd POV

"Hey Percy! What's up?" Said Pêrcÿ.

Percy turned from where he was staring at a wall.

"Tick Tock, Tick Tock, time's almost up." He replied sadly.

Pêrcÿ got a scared look on his face.

"What do you mean Kitten?" He asked slowly.

"It's almost time for me to go. Tick Tock." He said while walking away.

Pêrcÿ stared after him for a few minutes.

"Łükê has to here this." He mumbled.

He ran off to find Łükê, while Percy wandered aimlessly.

~With Pêrcÿ~

"Łükê! I'm worried about Percy." He shouted.

Łükê turned and gave him a strange look.

"Why?" He asked.

"He said something about it almost being time for him to go." Pêrcÿ said.

Łükê went silent with a thoughtful look on his face.

"Łükê? Did you here me?" Pêrcÿ asked.

"Yeah, I'm just wondering what he meant." Łükê replied.

"Do you think he's going to run away?" Asked Pêrcÿ asked suddenly.

Łükê walked to the window and watched as the sun started setting.

"I believe that he knows that someone is coming to get him."

"What? How?" Pêrcÿ exclaimed.

"I think his insanity lets him see things we can't." Łükê elaborated.

Silence was Pêrcÿ's response.

Percy was listening to nonexistent music when his door crashed to the floor.

"Took you long enough...Śåłłÿ." Percy whispered.

A fuming Śåłłÿ stood in his doorway.

"I finally found out how to send you home! You're leaving immediately." She hissed.

Percy nodded and got up to follow her, secretly dropping a letter on his bed.

They walked for a while till they reached one of the ritual rooms. Śåłłÿ pushed him into the ritual circle.

"Now to get rid of you. I wish I had never brought you here!"

Percy stood and watched silently as the ritual progressed. As he started fading from that world and back to his own, the door slammed open to show Pêrcÿ and Łükê. Percy gave them one last smile as he disappeared.
