Starbucks and old memories

Hey guy how's it going. So I had my lesson on shaggy the other day and I'm so proud of boy for coming so far in life I love him to bits. But anyway I'm gonna stop rambling and start the story enjoy.

My alarm went off making Bela stir in her sleep but she didn't wake. I swear that girl can sleep through anything.

I got ready and straitened my hair I picked out a pair of my regular jeans and my camouflage hoodie. I grabbed my purse and left Bela a note. I got my keys and hopped in my truck and drove to Starbucks. Time to see my guy best friend.

I walked into the Starbucks and ordered my drink, once it was made I grabbed it and took a seat while I waited for Michael to show up. I'm gonna be surprised if he comes on time he is NOT a morning person.

Soon after I heard the bell to the door ding and I looked up from my phone and saw my long lost best friend. Haha but I've missed him. What can I say.

I got up and ran to give him a hug there was no one in the cafe but I think the people behind the counter thought we were crazy. We walked back to the table once Michael got his coffee.

"So what are we going to do today?"

I asked curious of what he had in mind.

"Um I guess you're gonna have to wait an see. But we need to drop your truck off at your house."

"Why?" I asked

"Unless you want it to wait here and get towed. We can take it back to your place and we can take mine to where we are going."

"Good point meet me there." I got in my truck as Michael followed close behind.

"Okay now can I know where we are going?" I asked getting frustrated.

"Ummm.....nope"

"Urgg"

About after a ten minute drive he parked and we got out of the truck and at first I didn't know where we where then it hit me.

No like really something just hit me.

"Ouch what was that for?" I looked down and there was a baseball. Michael had two bats.

"Do you remember this place?" He asked as he signaled for me to follow I picked up the baseball and followed the crazy kid.

We got to our destination and Michael handed my a bat while he took the ball and the glove.

"Oh my gosh I remember now."

It was where me and Michael first became friends. Our town had different little tee ball teams well the teams had both girls and boys on them and one day we just stared talking and boom best friends till the end, our moms are inseparable also.

"I knew you would." Michael said with a little smirk on his face. "Are you sure you can handle my fast pitch?"

"Alittle cocky now are we?" I said preparing myself to hit the ball ill admit its been awhile since I hit a couple pitches but I'm not as bad you think.

He pitched the ball and I saw it coming but I knew I could hit it dead on so when I saw the chance I took it. The only sound you heard was the sound of the bat meeting the ball. It was priceless if I must say.

"Dang girl better then I thought." He said running to go get the ball.

We played for about an hour and we decided we should go do something else.

"Well now what?" I asked

"Um I think we can go to my house and chill

Maybe play some basketball."

"Alright sounds good to me" we drove to michaels house and when we got out he went inside to grab two water bottles. He tossed me mine and I took a sip and put it on the ground we shot hoops for about a half hour.

"I'm bored" I said while laughing alittle.

"Well lets go watch movies then since 'your bored'" he said mocking me.

"I don't talk like that."

"'I don't talk like that'"

"Mr. I'm warning you."

" 'mr. I'm warning you' "

"Alright that's it I got up off the ground and starting casing him I got close and almost had him till my feet got in to way and I fell of course my luck.

"Hahahahahaha" Michael just thought this was funny. Well ill teach him to laugh.

"Ouch oh my god! My ankle omg Michael help me please." I pleaded hoeing he would fall for my trick.

"Oh my gosh Nicole are you okay?" He asked bending down towards my side. I took my chance ad grabbed him I knew his weakness.

"Haha you fell for it." I said going right for his ribs and tickling him.

"Please...stop...haha...stop..." He said trying to catch his breath.

"Please...stop...haha...stop.." I said laughing while mocking him. "Not funny when the tables turn hu."

"No I'm sorry."

"It's all good, now lets go watch those movies"

We got up and went to his living room. We watched the notebook and crazy stupid love.

It was almost eight at night when Michael had to take me home. I guess time flies when you have fun.

"Alright ill see you before you leave right?"he asked.

"Yeah I think my parents are going to have some friends and family over before I leave seen you then."

And with that he drove off now it's time for bed I'm tired.

I walked in and I think I about had a heart attack.

"BOO!" Bela jumped out at me as I walked through the door. "Where have you been all day I've been bored?"

"With Michael I told you that I left a note."

"I know but I get lonely"

"Bela you have a boyfriend go hang out with him."

"He had work today."

"Oh I'm sorry. Lets go to bed and fall asleep to a movie cause I'm about to pass out."

Bela and I got on our sides of the couch and put the movie on I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
