Chapter 21 - The Lucas Family

Abigail: I'm telling you Austin, they're gonna get back together
Austin: What about Katherine and the baby though? Would your dad really leave them?
Abigail: My mom and dad are childhood sweethearts, nothing can bring them apart
Austin: i hope they'll get back together then
Abigail: same, so what time are you flying in tomorrow?
Austin: Around 11 o'clock

I was on Facetime with Austin in my room as i got kicked out of the living room by my dad so he could talk to Katherine and mom on his own. It was my birthday tomorrow so Austin was catching a flight up here from Miami to spend the day with me, very sweet of him, it wasn't planned but i'm glad he decided to do it.

I seriously do hope that dad picks mom over Katherine, everything would be normal again. Yeah, i might have a little brother or sister that doesn't get to see their dad all the time, but my family would be together again, call me selfish, i don't care, i just want my family to be together again.

Pamela: Abi, your dad wants to talk to you

My mom had came into my room as i was about to reply to Austin. I told him that i would phone him back and i followed my mom to the kitchen where Katherine was walking out with tears in her eyes. Did he pick mom? 

Abigail: What's happened? Why did Katherine go out crying?
Harry: I told her how i felt about your mom
Abigail: Yeah?
Harry: And that i couldn't stay with her as i would be lying to her and the baby and it wouldn't be fair on both of them
Abigail: You picked mom then?
Harry: Yeah, sweetie

I can't believe it, i didn't actually think he would have ended it with Katherine, but he actually did. I walked over to my dad and hugged him as tight as i could. I was so happy that he picked mom over Katherine, i never liked her anyway. 

Harry: I guess you're happy?
Abigail: You got that one right
Pamela: That makes two of us

I got out of my dad's grip and went out and hugged my mom, then we had a 'family group hug'. I would have never have thought that in a million years that my parents would have gotten back together, but i'm so glad they did! We got out of our family hug and i watched my parents kiss each other, once again i was feeling awkward. But the Lucas family back together once again, finally.
