Chapter 7 - It's already new years eve

New Years Eve

Christmas was amazing. Mom and me had the best Christmas together, surprisingly on Christmas morning it was mom who was up first and not me, i didn't mind though, i felt like i was a little kid getting up at half 6 in the morning. We had an amazing day, i got clothes, jewelry, some money and other stuff from everyone but from Austin i got a silver bracket  that has butterflies on it, which is my favorite animal, they are just so beautiful!

But at night, it was just meant to be me and my mom but Jeremy turned up before dinner. Since Christmas eve, Jeremy just seemed like a different guy than i thought he was, when we got back home we were watching a Christmas movie, we were all on the couch and.....

*Flashback*
Christmas Eve*

We were all just come back from Austin's house and we decided to watch a Christmas movie till bedtime so we all seat together on the couch. Jeremy was in the middle and i was on his left and mom was on his right. After half way though the movie, Jeremy just randomly puts his arm around my shoulder. I turned my head to face him and he had a smile on his face but i noticed that he didn't have his other arm around mom's. I turned back to the TV but i could feel Jeremy's hand grab on tighter to my shoulder. I could see in the corner of my eye, him leaning into me.

Jeremy: It's okay, i don't bite Abi

*End of flashback*

From that night, i've just found someone wrong with him, i just kept telling myself that he just wanted to be friendly and wanted to try and act like a dad but we all know i'll only ever have one loving dad that's back in New York... Having a baby with his new wife.... starting a new life without me.... 

I got out the shower and dried myself down and walked back into my room. I'm going out to a New Years Eve party with Austin and his friends. I'm looking forward to it but my mom is still hesitating whether to let me got out or night. But i know at the end she's let me. I walked over to my closet and picked out the outfit that i picked out before i went into the shower. The dress and heels were a present from my mom, she said i should start to feel more confident with my body, but i still don't but i'll wear it cause it's a cute dress. I did my hair and make-up and waited for Austin to come pick me up at 8.
