Hera POV

It was so hard when the Fates told me that I had to kidnap Percy and Jason and switch their lives. Especially when I had to transform into Juno and disguise myself as an ugly hag. To see Percy as that lovely young man was great, but to see that he didn't know me was terrifying.

Percy and I had never gotten along well, but now that he had been kidnapped and his memory has been wiped by me, there was no chance he would never like me. Even when he got his memory back, he would hate me. I imagine he would hate all of the gods except for Poseidon, because he was his 'father'.

Everyone has drifted away from him because he got the privilege of actually knowing that Percy would like him no matter what. Chaos and him, though, that was a different story. They were close. Very close. It was odd, because they were like best friends. One day, Amphitrite asked Poseidon to leave the ocean because she was angry at him (as usual), and he spent the whole day with Chaos at his palace.

They called each other, 'bros' and I already knew that it was a human term, but I had never heard gods, gods forbid the king of the universe, use the term.

You could also see that Artemis was fairly close to him. It started right before Artemis was kidnapped a few years ago, before the Titan War. They suddenly became much closer, and it was as if she owed him something.

Artemis had also drifted apart from everyone as well. She only showed when it was absolutely necessary, which was pretty much just council meetings and meetings about Percy. But then again, most of the other gods and goddesses were the same.

While the Primordials stayed confident that Percy would like them, except for Gaia, Nyx and Tartarus. The Primordials all loved Percy. So did the gods and goddesses, but we had begun to lose faith in him. The last time he actually saw us, was when we were possessed and were trying to kill him. He had beat us all, and yet the monsters were able to use our full strength, as well as their own. He had knocked all of us unconscious, except for Chaos.

The most astounding thing, is that he denied immortality. I wish he knew that he would be dead by the time he was twenty if he didn't except the offer. I knew that he denied it for that Annabeth girl. I knew that he didn't like her romantically, but he did it because that Thalia girl was always with the hunt and one of her closest friends had betrayed her, so he wanted to make sure she didn't get left alone.

But I also knew that she would die soon. It's too bad, he was really close to her. But, fate was inevitable. Eventually, everything will die, and nobody can stop that, not even the Fates.

Nobody knows how she will die, only that she has to die by the hands of Gaia's army, and it has to be the absolute last strike of the whole fight. It was apparently going to be several days after the battle, and it has to be the final strike before Gaia falls.

Apparently, Gaia wasn't the actual thing they were fighting. They were fighting some unknown source that nobody really knew. Gaia just showed up and played the part. It was odd, but the Fates were definitely hiding something from us.

Okay, there's another matter as well. I know that Percy won't take finding out about his real parentage well.

After they defeat Gaia...

Percy POV

There's a disturbance in the force.

Just kidding, but there is something wrong. Something bad is about to happen. Nothing ever ends well, especially wars. But the war with Gaia has gone surprisingly well. Leo is alive, and brought Calypso with him, Annabeth and I are together and happy, and everyone else is fine.
