Delilah Leian Moore

I didn't get to really properly introduce myself. Well I'm Delilah Leian Moore and y'all know that I recently turned sixteen years old.

I have two brothers and one sister. My little brother, David is thirteen years old. My older brother, De'Andre is twenty-two and my sister, D'Mari is nineteen. De'Andre doesn't have the same dad as us, so he's our half-brother.

We were all born in New Jersey, except for David. Our mom and dad's name are Kylene and Dion. They were never married, but were very deeply in love.

The incident I keep talking about is the rape that happened 10 years ago. To be specific, De'Andre raped me when I was six years old and he was twelve.

The reason why I had so much resentment towards my mother was because she just kept saying that De'Andre is too innocent for that and wouldn't believe him until the test results came back.

To add on, she chose to leave us to move him to Oklahoma instead of letting him go to the juvenile center. That's why I'm so terrified of him and tried to keep my distance.

The "old charges" my father talked about was child abuse charges. They were about him fighting De'Andre over the rape incident which my mother decided to press charges. I guess the trial was way longer than he expected since they arrested him about ten years later.

Jared and I dated from 8th grade until sophomore year when all these cheating allegations popped up. I never believed them until what happened at my sweet 16. Now, this is what all happened that led me to live here.

This was just an explanation chapter to what all happened and why everyone was just the way they are.
