Katarina's POV
As I ran further into the maze I felt a feeling tugging at me like a string going taunt. A cord tieing me to the glade. The glade is my home I realized, the people in it my family. I can't just leave them. Minho, or my brother figures Newt and Nick. This maze, these people are a part of my life now, they are a part of me. Thing's have changed. I need to go back.
Minho's POV
The doors will be closing soon she should be back by now I thought to myself the doors began to close but I couldn't turn away not with her still in there so I waited hope she would make it back. Refusing to even think about the possibility that she would stay away on purpose. Just then she came around the corner. "Run, Arin, run" I screamed. The doors closed. She was trapped out there for the night.
"No, no, no" I whispered.
I heard a faint echo coming over the walls "I will be here in the morning, I promise" it said.
Katarina's POV
I tried I did but I couldn't make it I will be here in the morning. I will be here when the doors open. I promised myself and them. So I will.
Minho's POV
I'm waiting by the doors with Newt, Nick and Chris hoping that when they open she will be there like she promised.
She wasn't.
