Chapter Three

Lux's POV

I stare wide eyed at the sight in front of me. In the corner of my eye I see a shape start walking towards me. I whip my head around and back up in to the corner of the room. "Mum. Don't." I hear Jason demand to his my but she doesn't listen. Instead she walks up to me and pulls me into a hug. I instantly relax nosing she won't hurt me. Jason's mum doesn't seem to be a threat, but when I see another girl walk up behind her intense and step back into the corner breaking the hug.

"Boys. OUT!" Jason's mum commands to them and who I think is Jason's dad hisses at the women. "YOU DON'T GET TO TELL ME WHAT DO DO MARY!" He growls at her. "Listen her Dracula. This poor girl here is scared to death." I freeze as she says Jason's dads name. "This girl happened to be my mate." I here Jason grumble. Mary must of heard him because she glares at him. "I don't give a shit if she is your mate Jason. I am your mum and you will listen to me. Now. GET OUT!" She yells at them and I shrink to the floor scared out of my wits knowing what vampires do to wolves. Mary turns back to me and the other girl who has a hand on my shoulder. "Dr...Dracula. Your Dracula's mate?" I ask a little frittered. "Yes. And Jason and Mavis here are my kids." She says pointing to the girl next to me. "N... Not mean t..to sound r...rude but h...how old are y...you?" I ask stumbling on a few words. Mary and Mavis both start laughing. "I'm 421 and Mavis is 118." Mary says and my eyes widen in shock. A...and how old I....is Jason?" I ask and she smiles. "Oh he's just turned 120." Mary says and I nearly faint. "How old are you?" Mavis asks and I look at her. "18." I say and she looks at her mum. "That means we are the same age. You see if I was a human, or a werewolf like you, I would also be 18. So that means you are 118 years old. Just like me." Mavis says and I smile knowing that we could be friends. Just as I was about to say something the door slams open and Jason walks in followed by his father. I shrink back into the corner shaking in fear thinking he was angry. He walks over to us and grabs my wrist. Wincing in pain as he pulls me up I get dragged towards the exit to the living room. "JASON DRACULA FANG. Let the poor girl go." She says calmly. Jason stops and turns around to look at his mum. "No. I need to spend time with her." He says and I look at Mavis and Mary with pleading eyes. I than gulp down my fear and look at his dad with the same eyes I have Mavis and Mary. "Son. Let her go!" His dad says to him in a harsh voice. Jason lets go of and and I stand there rubbing my wrist as Jason walks out of the room and up a flight of stairs, going to who knows where. I feel a tear slid down my cheek and I fall to the ground in pain. He hurt me. My own mate just hurt me. I thought to myself.

Dracula's POV

I couldn't see the poor wolf in this state. My own son just physically hurt his mate. I walk over to her and she must of synced me because she stiffens. "I won't hurt you. I promis." I say to her and she looks at me. I nearly shift in anger at what my son did to her. I pull her to me giving her a calming hug as Mary walks over with Mavis. 'Mavis. Take her up to you room and giver her some clothes.' I say using to bat link that vampires have. I give her to Mavis and they walk up stairs to Mavis's room. I turn and look at Mary. "You know. You were the same way when you met me." She says to me and I nod. "Yes, but you aren't a werewolf." I say and she glares at me. "Dracula. Give them time." She says and I nod.

Walking into the kitchen I see Mavis talking with the wolf. "You know. You have been here a whole day and I don't know who you are." I say to here. I see her jump in fright when I start talking. "Sorry. You scared me." She says and I smile. "My name is Lux." She says and i stare at her in shock. "Are you Alpha King Damien's daughter?" I ask her and she looks down nodding her head. I see tears in her eyes and I can't help myself from asking. "What happened to him?" I ask looking at her and than at Mavis who shrugged her shoulders. "He.... Well.... His blood got drained just so two of you kind could feed. When I last saw him he was pale and unconscious. And your." I didn't let her finish because I shifted and flew up stairs to Jason's room. Barging through the door I see him lying on his bed looking at the roof. I grab hold of him and fly back down stairs, shifting back as I reach the kitchen. I slam him into the pantry door and hiss at him. "WHICH TWO OF YOU VAMPIRE FRIENDS DECIDED THEY WOULD FEED ON LUX'S FATHER!?" I yell at him. "What is the meaning of this?" I hear Mavis ask as she walks into the kitchen. "Dads going ballistics because Jason had two vampires feed on Damien." "HE WHAT," I hear her scream and then a small whimper follows that. "Dracula you hurting her. What would you do if I died? How would you feel? You would feel the exact same way that Lux is feeling RIGHT NOW!" I hear Mary say and I drop Jason to the floor. "Leave!" I sneer at him and he gets up. He looks at Lux and he opens his mouth. "Jason please no don't." I hear Lux say and I look at Jason just as he says something everyone hates hearing. "I Jason Dracula Fang reject you Lux snow as my mate." Jason says and my head snaps toward Lux who starts to whimper and cry. "Jason please don't do this." She says but it was too late. Jason was already gone.

Lux's POV

I can't believe he just said that. Jason just rejected me. I hear someone walk up to me and pull me into a hug. "You may be a werewolf. But you are the werewolf princess and even though Jason just rejected you. You are welcome in out family no matter what. If you ever need us just call." I hear Dracula say to me and I look up at him with a confused face. "I'm letting you go home I......." But I don't let him finish. "Dracula...."
