Natsu's Secret

Chapter 11

    The next day, Makarov set off to an emergency meeting in Clover while Natsu, Lucy & Zeref went to Fairy Tails island to hide from the council. Makarov sighed as he pushed open the door to the guild masters meeting hall. "Makarov." Master Bob of Blue Pegasus approached the old man. "Is it true the your Natsu is a demon? The brother of Zeref the Black Wizard?"
"Yes, Natsu is a demon & the brother of Zeref." Yajima joined Bob in the conversation while the other guild masters whispered among themselves. "Don't you think it's the right to kill them? After all that Zeref did on this kingdom?"
"No, I do not. That was 700 years ago, Yajima. You don't know why he ever did any of it, do you?"
"Well, no, but-"
"You have no idea what they went through! After the magic council killed their parents, Zeref & Natsu did their best to keep each other safe. They went into hiding & when you found them, you tried to kill them! Children! You nearly killed 2 young, defenseless boys!" Makarov took a deep breath to calm down. "The only way to save Natsu was to turn him into a demon. After that, Zeref took away his memories & sent him off to an old family friend, Igneel the fire dragon. Zeref did everything in his power, including the creation of other demons, to kill him. But, since he was immortal, he couldn't die." Makarov continued the sad story of Natsu & Zeref. Over at Tenrou Island, Natsu, Lucy & Zeref started making a shelter. "Natsu, can you start making a fire while I start building the house?"
"Yea, sure." Natsu walked over to his wife. "Wanna help?" The blonde beauty smiled & nodded. Lucy grabbed the sticks to start the fire & Natsu carried the logs & some rocks to surround the fire. Natsu set down the rocks &, using his dark magic, set them in a circle around where the fire was going to be placed. Lucy made a tepee-type in the middle of the circle. As the sun set, it began to get colder & colder. Natsu gave Lucy his scarf to keep her warm. The fire was glowing bright moments later. Being done with his task, Natsu helped his brother build the temporary house, while Lucy warmed up by the fire. After the house was finished, the brothers joined the blonde by the fire. "Natsu, do you think Yajima will convince the guild masters that's you're a threat?"
"Well, I am a threat, but I wouldn't hurt anyone. Everyone knows that."
"Unless they mess with you, that is." Zeref added. Lucy giggled & Natsu agreed. "I hope we can go home soon." Lucy sleepily said. "Me too." Lucy fell asleep in Natsu's arms later that night. "Let's go inside." Zeref quietly said to his brother. Natsu picked Lucy up & set her down on the bed Natsu made out of leaves, hay, & cotton & joined her, while Zeref slept on his own 'nature bed' across the room. 2 months went by since the Dragneels went to Tenrou. Lucy was now 6 months pregnant & started to get more moody than usual. "Natsu, I'm hungry... & cold." Lucy strictly said. "Alright, alright." Natsu walked to Zeref. "Can you go get some food for Luce? I gotta keep her warm." The elder brother smiled & nodded. "I'll be right back." The pinkette sat next to his blonde beauty & increased his body temperature. Zeref came back moments later with fresh apples, oranges, strawberries & water. "Here you go, Lucy." The black haired man handed the fruit to his sister-in-law. "Thanks." Lucy quickly ate the fruit & drank the water. Natsu laughed while his wife was stuffing her face. "What?" The blonde said with a full mouth. "Nothin. I guess we switched bodies. You're stuffing your face- I'm usually the one who eats like that!" Natsu smiled & Zeref looked at the two, smiling. "You two make a great couple." Zeref chuckled, watching Lucy eat like his brother. "I don't know how I got so lucky." Lucy blushed while Natsu kissed Lucy's cheek. Natsu's attention shifted towards the ocean. "What's wrong?"
"I thought I just heard..."
"Heard who?" Lucy asked.
"Levy." Lucy's face lit up. "You heard Levy-chan?! Where?!"
