Dick Grayson POV
Part 1

Morning came quickly and I was already up getting dressed. Batman had Harley tied to a chair in the batcave questioning her. I walked down towards the batcave in my Nightwing suit since Bruce told me too. I saw her and froze. It seemed she said nothing about knowing my identity.
"Red Hood. Take her to Arkham. It's where she belongs." Batman spoke and turned away from her. Jason nodded and picked the blonde up over his shoulder. She kicked and complained before looking at me. She frowned and looked away. I took a deep breath and looked at Batman. "You didn't have to do that. She changed."
Bruce narrowed his eyes. "She's still a killer Nightwing. She held you against your will."
I sighed and just turned to leave. "As long as I'm alive." I took off and got out of my Nightwing suit and thought for a moment. I pulled out a black outfit and put my mask near it. I was going to do something very stupid. I sat around the manor and just waited for the opportunity. Barbara walked into my room and noticed my changed of mood. I felt her sit next to me and her hand touched mine.
"Dick.. Are you okay?" Her voice was soothing my pissed off self.
"I'm fine. Just... Leave me alone." I snapped at her causing her to flinch. "Go be with Tim." I moved my hand away from hers. She sadly rose and stepped out of my room going towards Timothy's. I frowned and waited till nightfall.

When it came I dressed in the black outfit and pulled on the hood of my jacket. I put my mask on and put my Escrima's in my pockets along with my grapnel gun. I snuck out of the manor and headed towards Arkham. I knew I will regret this one day. I reached Arkham and made my way inside and took out the guards silently. I made my way towards the cells soon after. I spotted more guards coming my way and I kicked off the wall to kick one in the face. Drawing out the Escrima's, I started to take down the guards one by one. I finished a few minutes and looked at Harley.
"Dick!!! Look who came to save the damsel in distress." She jumped up and down happily. I remained quiet and noticed Ivy. I took the keys off the guards and unlocked both of their cells.
"Get out of here while you still can. I'll hold them off." Ivy nodded and grabbed Harley's hand after the jester kissed my cheek. The girls took off and the alarms blared. I readied myself for a fight. A big group of guards came in and drew their guns on me. I held my hands up in surrender since I knew I wouldn't be able to take them all down while they are armed. One hit me and knocked me into a cell. They called for Batman and some took off. Two kept their eyes sharp on me.
"You're stuck in here now you damn vigilante." One guard spoke and I just narrowed my eyes at him. I thought for a moment and started to mock one of the men.
"Why don't you come in here and say it to my face?" I looked up at him as I sat in a corner of the cell. The guard smirked and opened the cell coming inside. He hit me in the side with a gun and I punched him in the face then kicked him into the wall of the cell. He hit me in the stomach causing me to flinch. I groaned and went down quicker than I thought. I wasn't fully healed. The second guard pulled his partner out of the cell and dragged him off.
"Sorry about that he's new." I growled and took a breath noticing they both just walked away and staggered onto my feat and limped out of the cell slowly. A wetness stained my shirt as I noticed my wound reopened.
"Shit." I winced and saw one spot me.
"Hey!! Back in your cell." He shouted
I dropped a smoke pellet and grappled off to a nearby roof away from Arkham. I laid on the roof for a bit and noticed someone was watching me. I couldn't get a facial recognition with my detective mode. I just turned to head off towards the manor. I climbed in through my bedroom window falling onto my back and froze seeing Damian sitting on my bed with a book.
"I see you're back. My father is not happy." He looked at me and I snapped.
"I don't care." I glared at him and he raised it voice.
"And you will care when Bruce gets here!!! We knew you were at Arkham!!!!" He crossed his arms and looked at me.
I managed to get to my feet and I took off my shirt and jacket to tend to my wound. "I don't care Damian!!! I'm 24 years old!! I don't need to be kept under his boot!!" Bruce stepped into the room.
"Richard!!! What were doing at Arkham!!!!" He was pissed.
"Nothing. I was just there."
"Is that why Harley and Ivy escaped?"
"I didn't do that." My face was serious and Bruce did nothing but storm out of the room along with Damian. I slammed the door and decided to just go to sleep. Before I did though. I managed to call my home phone in case Harley went there. I heard Te phone answer and her voice spoke.
"Hello?"
"Hey." I sighed.
"Dick... Are you alright? Did you make it out?"
"Yeah.. I did. I just got cocky and a guard sorta hurt me. I'm fine though."
She growled but I heard her relax. "Do they know what you did?"
"No. They don't. I lied." I laid on my back and stretched some.
"Good. I'm sorry you got hurt. Why did you do it anyway?"
"You didn't deserve to be in there. Ivy... She was a plus since she's friend with you." I took a small breath.
"Thanks Richard. I really appreciate it." Her tone softened
"No problem.. Uhh. Thanks for not telling them that you know who I am."
"It's fine. I told Pammy but she can keep a secret. You can trust her."
"I hope so. Batman only cares for himself. I hate him right now for treating me like a child. I'm not his sidekick anymore."
"Then why are you still there?"
"My wound reopened. I didn't think I would make it back to Blüdhaven without bleeding to death. This place was a lot closer."
"You better get some rest birdy. It gets lonely here."
"I'm sorry. I'll try to be there tomorrow. You can use my bed if you'd like. The couch can get uncomfortable after a while."
"Alright. Goodnight bird boy."
"Goodnight." I hung up and put my phone aside before falling asleep.
