*Niall's POV*
I rustled in my duvet covers as the aroma of freshly made vanilla muffins and crispy bacon filled my nostrils. I smiled a lazy smile as I opened one eye. My girlfriend, Talia, was at the foot of my bed smiling widely like she had just won first place in one of her activities.
"Babe, you'll never believe it. You got accepted into London University! I cooked you a little breakfast so you could enjoy before your first class today," she said with the wide grin still on her face. I couldn't believe I actually made it into my dream university. This day was getting pretty perfect. I jumped out of bed and pecked her on the lips before running into the kitchen to eat. I grabbed a plate and stacked it with the light vanilla muffins and crispy bacon. As I sat down at the table I glanced to see Talia standing there looking at me.
"What?" I said as I continued to stuff my mouth with food. She looked at me and gave me a slight smile while brushing away golden blonde wisps of hair from her face.
"Nothing. I just love you, and the way you eat," she said with a wink. I smiled at her and patted the chair next to me for her to sit down. She chuckled a little and than began to walk towards me. Goodness she was beautiful. She sat next to me and looked at the watch on her wrist.
"Babe, you better get going. Your first class starts in 30 minutes," she said with a worried look on her face. I pulled her in for a quick kiss and told her my goodbyes. I pulled at my keys to my Red Range Rover and started the engine. I sat there for a few moments and started making fantasies of what would happen in the minutes to come. I shrugged and let out a long sigh.

It was my first day at this school and I was freaking out. I know there'd be others just like me, but they'd have a better chance at getting into their certain cliques. I was never an outspoken type of lad. I mainly did sports and got good grades. Social wasn't one of my talents. I brushed off my thoughts and stepped out of my car, making sure to lock it behind me. It was quite chilly outside even though the sun was shining through the clouds. I pulled my arms closer to my body as my bag swayed back and forth. I had to go to the administrator's office to recieve my schedule. Hopefully I wouldn't have to go through the mazes of classes, lockers, and rushing students. I told myself to calm down and opened the cool metal doors. I was hit the minute I walked in with the brisk smell of moth balls and Axe cologne. It wasn't that pleasant, but I shrugged it off. I was welcomed by the faces of many people rummaging in lockers and noticed a pair of big doors with the words 'Administrators Office' cleanly writen over head. I slowly approached the doors and let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in. I was greeted by a woman witg glasses and a bun atop her head. She walked over to me, heels clicking on the tiled floor in the process, extending a hand for me to shake. I shook her hand and smiled.
"What do you need sweetheart?" she cooed to me with a bright smile.
"I'm here to get my schedule. My name's Niall Horan. Pleased to meet you.." I trailed off trying to look for her name tag.
"It's Ms. Jacey. Pleased to meet you too my boy. I'll print it off in the back office. Be back short deary," she said still looking at me with a bright smile. Hmph, well this was a nice way of starting off my school year. I sat down in one of the itchy chairs by the desk and patiently awaited her arrival. She approached me again a few seconds later and handed me a neatly folded paper with my name scribbled on it. I thanked her once more and headed out of the double doors. I looked at my schedule and saw I had Biology for my first period in room 320. Problem was I had no idea where that was. This was a pretty big campus so I had prepared myself for this. I slouched my shoulders down a little while maintaining a slow pace. I looked for a few more minutes before coming right in front of my destination. I opened the door slightly and everyone's eyes turned to me. I gulped and walked in with a blush creeping onto my face. I hate when people look at me. I went over to my teacher and told her why I was late. She looked at me with a smile and told me to sit wherever I would like. I saw a spot out of the corner of my eye where a boy sat. He had jet black hair with brown eyes that could melt anyone's heart. What are you thinking Niall? I shrugged it off and decided to take the seat next to him. I looked at him taking in all his features. He gave off the 'I'm trying to be a bad boy, but I'm really like a stuffed animal' type of vibe. He was slouched back in his chair with a look of boredom clearly written across his face. His leather jacket fit perfectly on his body while his plain white t-shirt showed off the toned stomach he had. I was tranced in his looks, but I eventually snapped out of it by his tan hand smacking my face. Ouch. I looked at him and gave him my famous what-the-heck look. He gave me a small smile showing some of his teeth.
