Dom's POV
CLEVELAND CAVALIERS vs GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS
Christmas Game 2015
"And the Golden State Warriors take the 89-83 win!"

I sighed as I watched the Cavs take their leave off of the court. The camera zoomed in on some of the team's players, including Kyrie. His facial expression read it all: disappointment, failure, and he looked as if he wanted cry, even though I know that my baby is too strong for that. It killed me to see him this way, knowing that he put his all into this game, well the best he could since he was still coming off of his injury.

"Irving scored 13 points in 26 minutes, but it took him 15 shots. Cleveland as a whole shot an underwhelming 32 percent from the field. It's going to take some time for the Cavaliers to gel now that everyone is healthy," said one of the voice commenters after the game.
I shut off the flat screen and made my way upstairs to take a hot shower before Kyrie got home. Once inside our large bathroom, I set the golden dial at the right temperature. The hot water relaxed my tense muscles that I didn't know I had.
As I dried off, I heard the front door open and close and the distinct sound of sneakers squeaking against the marble staircase.

"Baby!" Kyrie yelled walking into the bedroom.

"Coming out now!" I yelled back, wrapping the towel tightly under my arms.
I opened the bathroom door to see him laid out on top of the large bed on his back with an exhausted look on his face. He turned only his head towards my direction and gave me a weak smile, but there was a strange glint in his eyes. Oh I know that look.

"Come here," he said, licking his lips. Fuck he's so cute.
I sauntered over to where he lay.
"I'm here," I said as I rubbed against his chest.
He looked at me once more before his attitude changed quickly. He sucked his teeth, rubbing his face harshly. Something was on his mind.

"We was supposed to win this Christmas game." I knew it.

His lips were still exposed so I quickly sat on top of him, held his hands down and kissed his plump lips sweetly.
He smiled after our kiss and quickly flipped us over with him on top.

"There goes my beautiful smile," I say as we calm down from our laughter. His face turned serious again after a while and it kinda pissed me off.

"What are you frowning for, Drew." I say seriously. "I know we lost tonight and I also know that this only your second game back. But you don't have to mope around the house and affect my feelings as well. You know for a fact that I hate seeing you this way and I'm sorry if I'm a sounding selfish right now but come on".

He sighed looking even sadder now.
"Damn baby I know, I'm sorry. But it's just eating me up. I feel like a disappointment to everyone."

"Do I have to like, repeat what I just said, or what?" I said giving him a dumb look. "You've done all you could tonight, baby. This was just one L. You guys are going to be bouncing back in no time. Trust me, and trust LeBron," I said laughing. "Golden State won't see it coming."

He chuckled giving me a light kiss. "What would I do without you?"

"You'd probably be running around crying," I laughed, reaching for his hand to play with his black wedding band.
The room fell in comfortable silence as we turned to stare into each other's eyes. He broke the silence first.

"I'll only cry for you baby, and only you," he said with a serious tone. My breathing quickened as I remembered the day we got married. As I walked to the alter, a single tear fell from his eyes, which made me cry like a baby. It took a little while for me to calm down and I still get teased to this day about it.

"I love you so much baby girl," he said breaking me out of my trans. I looked at him in awe, amazed by how much we loved each other.
"Show me, Daddy," I say, unwrapping my towel.

To be continued....
