Hi? Okay, yes I realize I'm a horrible author and person. I don't update for 2 months and when I do it's super short. Truth is, I'm a procrastinator. Anyway...thanks for 2.36K reads!!! If you have any ideas for this story, let me know!

Third Person Point of View

Annabeth clenched her eyes shut tightly and starting mumbling, "This is just a dream," over and over again, while tears softly flowed down her cheeks.

"'Beth, please just open your eyes, I swear it isn't."

She slowly opened her eyes and saw the familiar sea green eyes and the furrowed together eyebrows that only happens when he is worried. Annabeth face broke out into a grin and her eyes lit up. Suddenly, she was on her feet again and he was laying on the floor.

She had judo flipped him.

Her elbow was positioned above his neck, her knee on his chest, and her eyes gathered with tears.

"Annabeth, I would have come sooner, but I was forbidden. I have been checking on you frequently to make sure you were okay."

Annabeth's elbow dropped and she hugged him tightly while sobbing into crook of his neck. He held her while she cried until the tears stopped and Percy stood up with her still around his neck. Percy snapped his fingers and the papers that covered her chair flew and stacked neatly on her desk across the room.He set Annabeth down on the chair and she sniffed and wiped her eyes before looking up at him.

"What was the first thing I said to Percy directly?" she croaked out before clearing her throat.

He chuckled, "Well, I distinctly remember you studying for a moment before saying, "You drool when you sleep" before running off. Before that, when I was in and out of consciousness, you asked me about the summer solstice before shoving ambrosia into my mouth."

Annabeth's face broke into a grin and she laughed, "I remember that!"

Percy's signature lopsided smile appeared before his lips captured hers.
