...oops.

Although conscious, all of the Gods and demigods in the room were disoriented, each looking in different locations before settling their eyes on the newest occupants of the room. The silence continued as no one seemed to know what to say. Finally, Zeus spoke.

"Perseus Jackson, Luke Castellan, and Zoë Nightshade."

Zoë silently nodded, however, Percy and Luke both mumbled "Obviously" and Zoë shot them a glare.

Percy smiled cheekily at Zoë before addressing his shocked audience, "It is great to see some of you again, others not so much but it is what it is I guess. Before you guys even ask, I'll begin the explanation. I had gone to my cabin to take a midday nap on a Saturday, but when I woke up, I was chained to a pole in Central Park. A guy, still don't know who he is, tortured me for almost three months before he was killed as he was killing me."

"Eighty-seven days. He was there, being tortured, for eighty-seven days and none of you did anything!" Zoë yelled, her bow suddenly in hand.

"Zoë-" Percy started before she interrupted him.

"No! I know that you have forgiven them, but Luke and I have not. It took us mere moments to locate you and these fools had three months to do so!" Zoë declared, anger evident in her voice.

"Zoë, stand down," Percy tried.

"Percy, don't. If we had been thirty-seconds later in finding you, you would be dead. You would have never been in that position if they had found you first," Luke told him.

"Anyway!" Percy interjected before an argument could break out. "I was unconscious for a few days while I healed and during that time, a bunch of people nominated me to be the leader of an army. Being the leader apparently meant I got a bunch of powers and responsibilities. The person who had created that army made me her heir and a year ago, that person faded and I got the position. Any questions?"

Everyone began to shout questions but Hestia was silently watching Percy, a questioning look in her eyes. Silence fell upon the room as Percy opened his mouth, everyone believing that he was going to answer their question. However, what came out of Percy's mouth was "Lady Hestia, do you have anything to ask me?"

"How are you, Percy?" she asked.

"I am-" he hesitated, swallowing thickly before replying "I am getting better, Lady Hestia. It has been a year today and anniversaries are always difficult. Thank you for asking."

"Perseus," Athena began and he turned to look at her, "who were you the heir of?"

She looked as though she already knew the answer, but Percy answered anyway.

"Chaos."

"You mean you're the-"

"Head of the Primordial Council, yes."

Yeah, it's short. Interests have changed, school has been hard, and I have no motivation. I think my writing style has changed as well so this'll be fun to read. I got so many comments and I felt bad for leaving y'all on a cliffhanger (for like a year) so here is an incredibly short and vague chapter. Enjoy I guess.
