Chapter twenty one

He decided to move the mic away from his face and smashed our lips together. My eyes went wide and I cried so hard then ever before. At the end of the song he wrapped both arms around my waist he took my hand and asked me for my name. "What's your name again sweetie?" He asked I almost forgot my name. I stood there shocked and fell to my knees and cried. He bent down and hugged my body till I stopped. I cried in his shoulder again. I didn't want to stop. He whispered in my ear.

"Shhhh shhhh everything's okay" he said and kissed my cheek. he picked me up and I took his hand then brought me back stage.

I woke up the next morning feeling quilt, and cold and just shook up. I wanted to cry I didn't know what to think. I felt my head and I felt so warm I started crying and Caleb woke up to me crying. Could it all be a dream? Did he really kiss me? I really hope it's a dream. I checked my phone as Caleb moved closer to me i watched the videos from the concert as my friends kept sending me videos. One part he didn't actually kiss me he looked like he did but he put his thumbs on my lips and kissed me. I sighed in relief I thought it was actually a kiss and I thought I would have to feel so quietly about it. "Babe what's wrong?" He asked "I don't feel good" I said I realized it was the day before Christmas Eve and we are both sick. That sucks.

Someone knocked at the door "come in" Caleb said coughing. "Hey hey bad idea" miss Katie said "he asked me to stay with him" I said coughing now. "Now your sick" she said sighing. "Come on get up lets go take a dip in the lake shall we?" She asked I looked at Caleb confused. "You need fresh air" she said "ummm mom it's like 50 out" Caleb said "I know then get your bathing suits on and I'll have daddy spray you with the hose!" She said laughing and we both started to laugh. "I could handle that but I rather take a shower" I said "alright that could work, you too Caleb" Katie said he sighed "fine!" He yelled into the pillow. I laughed. "Where's my mom?" I asked miss Katie smiled "she's out with your dad for a while" she said I smiled at the thought. Knowing there together brings back memories. I missed them more than you could know.

"Alright im going to take a shower" I said getting up. I grabbed my clothes and hopped in. After I took a shower and got changed I straighten my hair and curl the ends. I decided to wear leggings and a ugly Christina's sweater my best friend gave me before she passed away. It was cute and she gave me it last year. I put earrings on that we're snowflakes and did my makeup. I had high white socks on with my combat boots. I took a selfie after I was all done. I went into Calebs room he was dressed and ready surprisingly. Caleb and I walked into the living room. George was there again and my dad. Also Paige.

"What are we doing today?" Caleb asked "well we are all going to go out to dinner and just hangout for the day so nothing special but tomorrow is Christmas Eve!" Miss Katie said "oh yah I forgot!" I said coughing and Caleb coughed too.

It was finally time for dinner we decided not to go out because Caleb and I are both sick but Katie and her brothers came over. We were all having movie night. Surprisingly Brennan was sitting next to me. Caleb sat on the other side. Someone is jelly. I got a text and it was from Annie. "Someone is jealous" she said "right" I said

For the night we all just hung out because it's the day before Christmas Eve. We are all seeing each other tomorrow anyways too. Everyone left around 11 but my dad stayed. Suddenly I got a call from Alex I got up and went to Calebs room. Everytime I stand up I feel like I'm going to faint or that I'm dizzy so I just sit back on the bed. "Hello?" I asked "hey it's Alex I need to talk to you" he said "what is it?" I asked "Last night Nat told me he had sex with Margo. My eyes went wide after that.

"B-but" I said "I know it's a shock to me too and I thought he really liked you but I don't know anymore" he said I didn't know what to say after that. I was to speechless. "Ashlyn?" He asked "oh what? Yeah I'm here" I said "you okay?" He asked I shook my head no like he can see me. "N-no, umm Alex I have to go can I call you later?" I asked I heard him sigh. "Yeah see you" he said "see yah" I said and we hung up. I threw my phone on the bed and ran into the bathroom and slammed the door. I kicked the door and it hurt so bad but it felt good at the same time. I decided to take a shower so I grabbed my comfy clothes and a towel then hopped in.

After I was done with the shower and cried a lot I cleaned myself up and slipped my clothes on and did my hair. When I was finished with everything in the bathroom it was about midnight Caleb was already in bed. I closed the. Bedroom door and got into my bed surprisingly. "Babe?" Caleb asked I turned to my left side which was facing him. "What?" I asked "are you okay? You've been in the bathroom for an hour" he said I sighed re thinking about what Nat did. "Yeah I'm fine" I said sighing again. "Why aren't you sleeping next to me tonight?" He asked I groaned and got out of bed and hopped into Calebs.

"Someone's grumpy" he said "no!..I mean no, I just I'm mad" I said "at who?" Caleb asked nervously. "Nat" I said putting my head on Calebs shoulder. "What did he do?" I turned to my front and screamed in the pillow. "Whoa Ashlyn come down" Caleb said I lifted my head up. "Nat had sex with Margo!" I said in the pillow. "say that again? You were mumbling. "Nat wolf, my best friend had sex with his girlfriend" I said and grunted and Calebs eyes went wide. "I know! And he's only what? 16?" I asked "wow" Caleb said "he's so stupid!" I said throwing my hands up in the air. "See good thing we didn't do that before" Caleb said I nodded.

"I'm texting him" I said "but babe isn't it like midnight?" Caleb asked "yup I'm doing it anyway" I said "okay then" Caleb said laying on his back.

To Nat😝 - WTF were you thinking!!! I can't believe you!

Nat😝 - what did I do?

Me- "Having sex with your girlfriend when your fucking 16!" I said

Nat😝 - Ugh I'm going to kill Alex for telling you

Me- Why would you want to keep that a secret from me?

Nat😝 because! ugh well I don't know, I just didn't want you to be mad at me like you are now...

Me- yeah? Well it's to late for that, and don't go on killing your brother because he's not the stupid one right now...you are!

Nat😝 UGH IM SORRY OK?!

Me- sure you are

Nat😝 I'm going to bed now....goodnight

Me- night

I threw my phone on my bed and started sobbing into the pillow. I felt Caleb wrap his arms around my body to comfort me. "He's so stupid" I said crying Caleb rubbed my back and kissed my cheek and that was the last thing I remembered before the darkness filled my eyes.
