Chapter forty five

"Nat I missed you so much!" I said hugging him. "I missed you too" he said smiling. Somethings different....I just can't put my finger on it.

"This is a random question Nat, but do you remember my name?" I asked nervously. "It's Hannah right?" He asked my heart sank. I fell to my knees. I kept shaking my head no. "No no no that's not my name" I said Caleb picked me back up. "Ashlyn could I talk to you for a minute?" Miss Katie asked I nodded and walked over to her behind the counter.

"He has amnesia" she said "HE WHAT" I yelled "I'm sorry" she said "it will take a while for him to remember some things but it will get better" she said I didn't know what to say. I walked in front of Nat. "I can't believe you don't remember me!" I said and ran upstairs to my room. "Ashlyn wait!" I heard Alex say

I opened my door and slammed it shut. I slid down against it screaming. "WHY WHY DID THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN!!" I screamed I got up and threw a pillow at my desk and everything fell.

"Ashlyn its me Alex, open up" he said I sighed loudly and opened the door then plopped myself on my bed. "What?" I asked crossing my arms. "I know your upset but your going to have to keep supporting Nat through this" he said I rolled my eyes. "Ugh I know! I just can't believe he doesn't remember me, after all we've been through!" I yelled making my throat hurt. "Hun calm down, he does remember you" he said "then why did he forget my name?" I asked crying now.

"I don't know but he does remember you" he said "fine" I said "C-can I just stay up here for a while? I need to clear my head" I said "yeah sure I'll let Caleb know" he said walking out and closing the door behind him.

I went over to my piano and sat there staring at the key board. Should I sing? Okay I will I guess. I scrolled through my phone and picked a song. I picked Jar of hearts. I pulled my hair into a pony tail and started playing.
