Chapter one hundred and ten

The next morning I was still in the hospital I was sleeping next to Caleb as Andrea came in the room. "Ashlyn?!" She asked surprised and that both woke Caleb and I up.

"What?" I asked squinting my eyes. "Why are you sleeping with Connor?" She asked "I- ummmm" I said Caleb got up out of the bed fast as he could and sat in a chair before Brennan came in. "I'm sorry, I was just keeping her company" he said Andrea nodded "thank you" she said

"Connor can I talk to you?" Andrea asked "Andrea no!" I said "it's fine relax" she said I laid back down and went on my phone to text Sydney. I promised Caleb I wouldn't but I can't keep a big secret from my best friend.

Me- SYDNEY GUESS WHAT

Syd- WHAT

Me- CALEB IS BACK

Syd- no he's not he's dead

Me- no! He actually came back to life!

Syd- your acting crazy right now ash

Me- I'm not lying! Would I ever lie to you?

Syd- sometimes

Me- 🙄

Syd- sorry but I don't believe you, if he actually is back then bring him back to California so I can see for myself

Me- fine I will, watch me

Syd- I will

After that I got a bit mad but after Andrea and "connor" came back in they sat down on the bed. "We have to talk" she said "am I in trouble?" I asked "no" she said as Caleb and her both looked at each other. "I know this is Caleb" she said pointing to "Connor" my mouth dropped open "seriously? How'd you know that fast?" I asked Andrea smiled at me and took my hand.

"I saw the way he looked you when you were about to hug, that was the same way that Caleb looked at you...." She said I smiled

I plopped myself down on the pillow and groaned "what?" She asked "what am I going to do about Brennan? I love him and everything but just as a best friend and I actually love..... Andrea inturupted me "because you love Caleb?" She asked I nodded as I looked at Caleb. "I do love you, I have ever since we met and I can't stop thinking about you, you are on my mind every day" I said holding Calebs hand he smiled and grabbed my chin to kiss me.
"I love you too, I have ever since we met" he said I hugged him again. "Don't mind me hugging I just missed you" I said Caleb smiled "I missed you too" he said

"We can talk to Brennan tonight if you want to and when your ready to break up with him you can" Andrea said I nodded

The night finally came and Andrea came up to me and whispered in my ear. "Are you ready?" She asked I nodded trying not to cry. As we were walking in Andreas room Brennan was already there and so was "Connor" "what's he doing here?" Brennan asked I sat on the bed "Brennan we need to talk" I said "what?" He asked I took a deep breath "don't freak out but that's not actually Connor" I said Brennan looked confused "Who is that then?" He asked I looked at Caleb and he looked at me.

"That's Caleb..."

"Your lying...that can't be Caleb! He's dead!" Brennan yelled getting up from the bed. He walked over to Caleb. "Caleb? Is that really you?" He asked Caleb nodded it was silent then they both hugged an emotional hug.

"I don't know what to say" Brennan said as they pulled away. "I do.." I said gulping Brennan looked at me confused. "Brennan, I think we should break up" I said his face went pale as a ghost and he walked out of the room. "Brennan wait!" I said "I'll be right back" he said faintly "okay" I said as he walked away. "He will be okay" Andrea said I sat on her bed and plopped myself laying on my back and Caleb followed. "Hey" he said I turned to him and smiled "hey" I said "are you sure you want to do this?" Caleb asked I nodded "yes, I really do" I said Caleb grabbed my chin to kiss me and that kiss turned into making out. I was now on top of him as his hands were moving up and down on my waist.

"Please don't ever leave me again" I said grabbing his face after we kissed "I won't I promise" he said taking a breath.

An hour passed and Brennan came back his face was all red and he went straight into the basement without saying a word to anyone. I looked at Katie and she nodded and went downstairs to check on him. I plopped myself on their couch and groaned loudly. "Hey it's going to be okay, I'm here" Caleb said sitting next to me that made my heart jump and my whole body actually jump up and down on the couch "I am so glad your here" I said hugging him.
