I'm Home

TRIS' POV

He sits back down beside me after he gets me a new tank.
I hug him.
"Thank for for staying with me."
He looks at me. "I do it again if I had to. I'd do anything for you."
I smile.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
After a pause I speak up. "How is your brusies?"
My dad walks in as he answers "yeah. It's a little sore but it's good."
My dad sits across from us.
"Everything okay?" My dad asks.
"Yeah." Collin says.
"Are you guys hungry?" He asks us. "Caleb made steaks."
"Yeah." I said for the both of us.
"Come on. Afterwards I have cake."
We walk out with my dad and Caleb sits at the table with his head down.
"Hey Caleb." I say.
"Hey!" He says standing up. He gives me a hug. He sits back down.
We make our plates and we sit down and we eat together silently.
After we eat it's dark and Collin and I decide to go to our Amity house.
I go to my room and Collin to his as soon as we get home. I drift off to sleep.
