Xander's POV:

I had just walked Madison to where she was staying. I walked home to find my sister of a mother glued to my father's hip. I turned back around and walking out. I walked the two miles to the small mall. I went in and walked around I decided to go see the the six o'clock showing of Creed.

At eight the movie let out. I started to walk home when I walked past Nicole's Jeep. Her light blue Jeep stood next to me. I noticed some movement inside. I looked closer to see Nicole inside asleep. I knocked and she shifted in the dark car. She rolled over and opened the door. As she sat up I could see she only had on a sports bra. I tried my best to only make eye contact but I was losing that fight. She reached back to her passenger seat to get something. It must have been out of reach because she turned around and crawled over the center console. I turned my attention to her worn down running shoes. She put her shirt on and got out and put on a tight black workout jacket.

She snapped her fingers in front of my face. "Aaaandyyy?" She called.

I was positive I had finally been caught staring at her but she did not say anything. "Andy?" I asked confused about the new nickname.

"Well Xander was not working." She said with a shrug of her shoulders.

"Where did you get Andy from my name?" I asked.

"Alexander. Xander. Ander. And. Andy." She explained her train of thought with a laugh and small wrinkle of her cute nose.

"Okay." I laughed. "Never heard that." A deep red blush enveloped her cheeks as I laughed. God she could kill someone with her bare hands and all she had to do was laugh to get my hart to stop. "What are you doing out here sleeping in your car?"

"I was. . . I am too tired to get home so I thought I would sleep here for a bit."

"Well you better get going your parents might worry." I said walking slowly backwards and turning to walk away.

"Wait Xander." She called out grabbing my jacket. "You can drive right?"

"Ya?"

"I don't trust myself to drive home and was wondering if you could drive me home." She said looking up at me with her big brown eyes.

"Um sure no problem." I said. I walked her over to the passenger side and opened the door. My hand was placed on the small of her back as she got into the car. I walked around an got in the drivers seat. I turned on the radio and it was playing rock. A smile split across my face. After pulling out of the parking spot and out of the lot I looked up at Nicole to see her looking out the window. "What's wrong?" I asked.

She huffed and paused her hand that was playing with some of the hair that fell from her bun. "What would you do if you found out that someone cheated on you?" She asked looking at me.

"You mean if I found out Madison was cheating?" I asked a rock like feeling in my stomach.

"Not specifically. Just in general what is your rule on cheating or are you an open relationship type?"

"No I don't share my girlfriends. Not that they are property just that I don't want someone who needs two people." I was being a pretty big hypocrite because I desperately wanted Nicole and I already had Madison. "You know my stand point on love why be together if you don't love the other person." I said with my eyes on the road.

"Do you think you can love two people at the same time?" She asked picking at a string on her pants as we came to a red light.

"No, I think if you really love the first person you would not have fallen the second time." I said looking at her.

"Green light." She informed me going back into her head.

I know how it seams but I was trying to avoid my feelings for Nicole. Madison came back after I had fallen for this head strong beautiful brunette with a soft heart and a hard right hook. I was trying to convince my self I was still in love with Madison. Truth be told I could not take the thought of breaking up with her for a girl who might not want me.
