A few weeks had gone by and Liza had got on quickly with the other boys. She'd learned that the boy with glasses was Bob. The boy with the wavy hair and hat was Bondy. And that the boy with the headband was Larry, Van's best friend from childhood. They took Liza under their wings within a few days because, after all, they'd been in her shoes. No money or food or place to go. Holding on for the music. The similarities in their stories formed an invincible bond between all of them.

The whole crew had traveled up and down the UK and now it was time for a few days at home. This was amazing for the boys but dreadful for Liza. What home could she go to? One of the reasons she toured so often before was to avoid her family. Her parent were workaholics who cared more about holding a business than building a happy, healthy family. She resented them for that and for the fact that they couldn't see what they'd done wrong.

Van offered to take her home with him to Llandudno. At first, she was hesitant. What if his parents thought they were a couple? What if Van tried to make a move on her while they were there? Would she want him to do that or not? Her mind was running a marathon of thoughts in her head. But, at last, she agreed to go out of boredom and the fear of saying no.

The pair left for Llandudno Tuesday night in a small, shoddy rental car. The trip would take around four and a half hours. Putting them in The home of Van's parents at one AM.

"Do you think we should stop at hotel and finish the drive in the morning?" Van whispered, attempting not to startle a half asleep Liza

"Why? We're only an hour away." She mumbled back

"My parents will be pissed if I come in this late. I didn't take that into consideration." She sighed sounding upset

"Fine I guess we can stay somewhere." Liza whispered as she dozed off again

Van glanced over at her, about to ask where she wanted to stay, but closed his mouth and smiled at how peaceful she seemed. How peaceful the world seemed.

He slowly pulled into a Travelodge on Warrington Road in Chester and shook Liza awake. She shot up, confused and sad at the end of her slumber. Her confusion was adorable to Van.

"Like a little puppy who doesn't know where it's toy went but when it's really right behind him"

She grinned and flipped him off before the two walked into the lobby to get their room keys.

Sorry this is so horribly short and it took me ages to update! I've been very busy but I'm hoping to leave that in 2015! Thanks to all of you for the reads and votes! Xx
