Eyes Of War

Chapter 1: Effie

My eyes opened. I was greeted by hair in my face and the shine of sunshine through the window. 

I sat up and looked around. I saw Jaynee sleeping with Emmett on one side of the room and Aria and Lilulianna sleeping together on the other side, I almost forgot who they were and then I remembered.

Lilu was a 5'2" bisexual pixie who was charmed with amokinesis; the power to manipulate love. She was absolutely stunning and could seduct and sleep with whoever she wanted. She's done it to me a couple of times and its hard to resist.

Aria was a 5'4" bisexual vampire who was extremely acrobatic and flexible. She mainly used hand weapons such as guns and scythes instead of blessed powers. She was fast, hot and charming. She was Lilu's main lover and for good reason too.

Jaynee was a 5'4" straight albino fallen angel who was blessed with aquakinesis and cryokinesis; the power to manipulate water, snow and ice. She was cute dolly but she was very closed and mysterious. The only person who really know's her is Emmett.

And then there was Emmett. The 6'5" bisexual demigod who was hot as hell. He was witty and mysterious. And of course the strongest one on our team. He has electrokinesis; he fucks up foes with lightning. He was always there to protect us when we needed it the most, make sure we didn't slip up. It was nice to know that he was always there.

I was a 5'2" exiled demon from the underworld. I was kicked out for being chaotic neutral, because apparently that's so bad. I used probably the most unethical manipulation, Hematokinesis; aka bloodbending. I controlled life forms with their blood, using them to kill my enemies and then throw them away. At first I hated myself for it, and then I accepted it. I wasn't doing it for the purpose of evil so why would I beat myself up?

"Uhm, hello, earth to Effie," Aria said, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Whats up?" I said, moving my green hair out of my face.

"You've been sitting there staring into blank space for the last 5 minutes, are you alright?" 

"I'm fine, I'm fine. Sorry about that," I replied. 

I got up and walked into the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and saw my green eyes staring back at me and smiled. I turned around and saw the bathtub. I turned the knob and the water started running. I dumped in some bubble bath and walked out the bathroom.

I walked back in to be greeted by a tub full of water and covered with bubbles. I turned the knob back to where it was and the water stopped running. I stripped naked and got in the bath. I sunk into the water, very very comfortable and relaxed when I heard an alluring familiar voice. 

"Hey Effie, I'm gonna join your bath. Haven't had a bath in 2 days, hehe," Lilu said, not even waiting for my response and hopping him with me. 

About 2 hours and a dozen conversations later, everyone was sitting in the living room. 

"Okay so I got a mission for us. Today we are going to infiltrate the outer wall of protection for the empire. Unless you guys forgot, this is how to map is looking; there is a full out war-zone right outside where guards are trying to protect the outer wall. We are going to enter through a secret passage that goes below the warzone," Emmett explained. "After that, there's the inner wall which is enchanted with special builders magic which long story short, you break the wall; it rebuilds itself.  After that there is the great wall, also enchanted with builders magic, the empire and then there is the center of the empire. This is where we're going to assassinate all 24 council members and the king of the empire."

"So we're like, going to move through the war zone and right outside the inner wall?" Lilu repeated. 

"Yes Lilu, we're leaving in 2 minutes so gather up your shit and lets go." Emmett said, walking out the door. Jaynee and I followed after, as we didn't have any weapons to get and we already had our bags with us. 

I waited outside the traveler's cloud because I knew without a doubt Emmett was in there with Jaynee making out; borderline fucking. 

About 2 minutes later, I saw Aria and Lilu walk out, giggling hysterically. I walked into the traveler's cloud and sat down on the other side of Jaynee and Emmett. I scoffed as Aria and Lilu sat beside me and started giggling and whispering.

This was going to be a long next few months.
