"The secret passage is gone, we're going to have to fight our way through the war zone," Emmett said, hopping out of the car with Jaynee. "We'll meet at this location, look out for each other."

I got out of the cloud with Aria beside me and Effie right behind me. We looked at Effie, who was already getting to work. The center of her eyes were red, she moved her hands and began bloodbending. She lined up 20 soldiers on each side and brought her hands together, which in real time caused to soldiers to charge at each other with their spears pointing out.

All 40 soldiers lied dead on the ground. We continued through the war zone, everything going moderately well. I was kind of useless when it came to this sort of battle. I was best for assassinations; I would go in, seduct the person I want to assassinate and when they're about to go to town on me, I'd stick a knife into their back. That was just how things worked I guess, I didn't really question it.

"Lilu, stop daydreaming and lets fucking go, we have a path way!" Aria yelled. I looked at her and ran towards her.

"I'm coming!" I yelled as I ran towards her.

I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder and before I knew it, I was in a net being dragged away. I looked up and tried using my magic on the soldier but it didn't work. Shock was coursing through my body, I actually could not believe what was happening. I looked back and saw Aria on the floor screaming as soldiers piled on top of her. Before they could hurt her, Effie started bloodbending.

I'm starting to feel tired, but I have a... I have a...

I awoke in a stone cellar and kept my eyes closed. I heard indistinct talking that became clear after I listened for awhile.

"The rebel problem is an actual thing sir, a whopping 2,000 soldiers were killed on the war zone today by 4 unknown people and the pink head we captured earlier."

"Stop fucking worrying, we only need 1 of them to solve the problem and we have her, do you know what she is and if she uses magic?"

"18 year old female pixie, enchanted with amokinesis."

"Heh, alright, we'll start on her tomorrow."

"Okay."

After they left and I stopped hearing talking, I opened my eyes and sat up. I looked through the metal bars and across from me was another prisoner. He had dark brown hair and grey eyes and he looked to be in his early 20s. He wore a grey jumpsuit, just like me. He looked over me and I looked away, pretending like I wasn't staring.

"Are you one of the mystery people they were talking about," he asked.

"And if I was?" I replied in a playful tone. He eyed me for awhile, examining my pink waves, my flower crown, my lipgloss; he was trying to figure me out. "Do you have a question?" I asked, jabbing at him jokingly.

"I'm not sure, how did such a small little lady get in here in the first place?"

"I didn't do anything really besides kill a few of their soldiers, I got captured. Weren't you listening to them?" I said, giggling.

"Nope, I really wasn't. I was thinking about how the hell I ever got in this mess and when I would leave."

"How did you get in here anyway?" I looked at him.

"I was accused of a crime I didn't commit."

"I still don't know your name," I replied, changing the subject.

"Zach, what's yours?"

"Lilu. Dear Zach, do you want to get the hell out of here?"

"Yes I do dear Lilu."

"Then it's settled," I said with a smirk, a fire building up in my eyes.
