Best Night (A Jayden Sierra Story)

Chapter 9

Aimee's P.O.V.

I could hear faint knocking downstairs.

I slowly sat up and looked around. I saw Jayden laying there looking cute. I smiled and walked downstairs. I opened the door and it was Will.

"Oh, hey Will" i smiled.

"Are you ready?" Will asked.

"Not quite, come in" i gestured for him to come in.

Will followed me inside and up to my room. When he say Jayden asleep on my bed, he looked at me confused.

"I'll explain later" i said.

I walked over to Jayden and jumped on him, laying on his chest. His eyes shot open and he smiled.

"Morning" i smiled and kissed him.

"Morning" Jayden smiled.

We both looked over at Will and smiled.

"Hey man" Jayden smiled at Will.

"Hey dude" Will smiled.

"I suggest you let your girlfriend get ready because we have stuff to do" he smiled.

"No worries" Jayden laughed as i got up.

I walked to my draws and picked out something to wear. I turned around and Will and Jayden are still in here.

"Can yous please leave so i can get changed" i laughed.

They nodded and walked downstairs.

I quickly changed into a pair of skinny jeans, a singlet and baggy jumper. I slipped on my ugg boats and grabbed my phone and purse.

I walked downstairs and the guys were just gas-bagging as usual.

I coughed slightly and caught their attention. Jayden walked up to me and kissed me.

"You look beautiful, have a fun day" he smiled.

"Thankyou" i smiled and we all walked out the front.

Jayden got in his and i got in Wills car.

Will drove off and we started talking away. Soon enough we were out the front of a shop full of dresses.

I looked at Will and smiled.

"I heard that this shop has the best dresses" Will smiled.

"And how did you find that out?" i asked.

"...My mum told me" he smiled putting his head down.

I cracked up laughing.

"If it wasnt for me, you wouldnt even know this shop existed" he pouted.

"You're right, im sorry" i said inbetween laughs.

We got out of the car and walked in. The lady at the front desk showed us to where the deb dresses were.

I picked out a few that i thought looked good and Will picked out a few he thought would look good on me.

I had at least eight dresses in my change room. I tried on the four dresses i liked and model them for Will.

He liked the one with no straps, but it had clear elastic straps, so i put that in the keep pile.

I put all the ones i didnt like back on the racks and tried on the ones Will picked out for me.

I model all the dresses and Will loved the one that had a swirly pattern at the top and wasnt too long.

I walked back into the change room and tried both the dresses on and looked in the wall lenght mirror.

I studied the dresses, making sure i pick the best one. I decided to go with the one Will picked out.

I got changed back in my clothes and left the change room.

"This is the one" i smiled holding up the dress.

Will jumped out of his seat.

"I love that one, you look beautiful in it" Will smiled.

"Aw! Thankyou so much Will, for everything. For coming and helping me out when i had no one else" i said pulling him into a hug.

"You're welcome, thats what im here for" he smiled.

I walked up to the counter and paid for my dress. I then walked out to Wills car and placed the dress on the back seat.

We both got in the car and Will drove me home.

When we got to my house, Will helped me take my dress inside.

As i unlocked the front door and walked in, mum was sitting on the lounge waiting for me.

I stopped just inside the door with Will right behind me.

"We need to talk" mum said bluntly.

"Not right now, i have to put my dress away" i said letting Will inside.

I cant believe Will has to see this.

Mum looked behind me and looked straight at Will, who stood there awkwardly.

"Is this your boyfriend Jayden?" she asked.

"No, this is Will, his best friend" i said.

Will smiled.

"Jayden was here last night" i added.

She nodded slightly, "Take your dress upstairs, then come back down so we can talk" she said seriously.

I sighed and walked upstairs with Will right behind me. I walked into my room and sat on my bed.

"Just hang it on the back of my door" i smiled to Will.

He closed my door and hung it on the hook. I placed my phone on my bed and stood up.

"Are you going to be okay?" Will asked hugging me.

"I'll be fine, but thankyou again for taking me, i really appreciate it" i smiled looking up at him.

"No worries" he smiled and we pulled away.

We walked back downstairs and i walked Will to the door.

"Bye Will, thanks again" i smiled.

"Thats okay, bye Aim" he smiled and walked to his car.

I closed the door behind him and faced mum.

"What do you wanna talk about?" i asked folding my arms.

"The fact that i know nothing about you anymore" mum replied.

"Well maybe if you didnt work so much, and was actually home when i finish school, then maybe you would know things" i snapped.

She shook her head and looked back at me.

"Tell me about your boyfriend" she said.

"Do i have to?" i asked.

"Yes" she replied.

I sighed and leaned against the island.

"Hes cute, funny, adorable, nice, understanding, down to earth, laid back, fun and a great guy" i said casually.

"How old is he?" she asked.

"Eighteen" i replied.

She nodded and looked away.

By the looks of this conversation, it wasnt ending anytime soon.
