Best Night (A Jayden Sierra Story)

Chapter 6

Aimee's P.O.V.

I walked into my bedroom with just a towel on. I started looking through my clothes trying to find something to wear.

I decided on a pair of long black tights, a baggy sweater and a black singlet.

I got dressed and pulled my ugg boots on.

I grabbed my phone and walked downstairs and sat on the lounge. I soon heard a knock at the door.

I got up and opened it.

"Hey" Jayden smiled.

"Hey" i smiled.

"You ready to go?" he asked.

"Yep" i smiled.

I pulled the front door close behind me. We walked to Jaydens car and got in.

We talked alot on the way to his house. We pulled up in the drive way and got out.

"I hope you're hungry" Jayden smiled.

"Oh i am" i smiled.

Jayden unlocked the front door and we walked in. He has such a nice house.

"Cute house" i smiled looking around.

"Thanks" Jayden laughed.

We walked into the kitchen and i sat at the bench.

"So what are you cooking?" i asked.

"Well are you allergic to anything?" Jayden asked.

"No im not, but thats so sweet of you to ask first" i smiled.

"I was thinking about making BLT's" he smiled.

"I love those!" i exclaimed.

"I'll hop to it then" he smiled.

While Jayden was cooking, we were talking about the littlest things about ourselves.

Ive gotta admit, i probably know everything about Jayden now.

"Here you go" Jayden smiled as he placed lunch in front of me.

"Aw thankyou" i smiled.

We sat there and ate lunch together.

We finished up and i put my plate in the sink.

"That was beautiful, thankyou" i smiled.

"It was my pleasure" Jayden smiled.

"So what now?" i asked.

"Well, when im bored, i like to play cod" he smiled.

"No way? Me too!" i exclaimed.

"Well that settles it then" he smiled.

We walked into the lounge room and i sat on the lounge while Jayden set up the ps3.

He sat beside me and handed me a controller.

"You do realise this means war" i said.

"You're on" he smirked.

We sat there for a couple of hours shooting each other. I would squeal whenever he shot me. But in the end, we ended up being on the same team.

I ended up laying on Jaydens lap while we played, it was suprisingly comfortable.

"Ive had such an amazing weekend with you" i smiled up at Jayden.

He looked down at me and smiled.

"Me too" he smiled.

We were staring into each others eyes. Then we both started leaning in, getting ready to kiss.

"Jayden? Are you home?" i heard a woman say.

We quickly leaned away from each other and i sat up.

"Uh yeah, in here mum" Jayden cleared his throat.

I saw a woman enter the room smiling. She is stunning, I have to admit. I now see where Jayden gets his good looks from.

"Mum, this is Aimee. Aimee, this is my mum" Jayden said introducing us.

"Hi Mrs Sierra" i smiled.

"Hi Aimee" she smiled.

"So uh, im just gonna take Aimee home, its getting late and we have school tomorrow" Jayden said quickly, standing up.

I followed him.

"Bye" i smiled to Jaydens mum.

She waved goodbye.

We both got in the car and drove away. It was a pretty silent car ride, because of what just happened, or should i say, almost happened.

Jayden pulled up at my house and walked me to the front door.

"So yeah once again, i had a lovely weekend" i smiled.

Jayden just smiled. We looked into each others eyes again, then he slowly leaned in again. And this time, we kissed.

We pulled apart and smiled.

"No interuptions that time" Jayden smiled.

I laughed at his statement.

"Goodnight Jayden" i smiled.

"Goodnight Aimee, sweet dreams" Jayden smiled and walked back to his car.

I waved goodbye as he drove away.

I unlocked the door and walked in. I saw mum asleep on the lounge.

Honestly, she works too hard. She needs some time off work, so she can actually get some sleep.

I sighed and walked upstairs. I got changed into my pjs and crawled into bed.

I heard my phone vibrate on my table. I picked it up and opened the message.

'From Jayden;

I had an amazing day with you today. Who knew you were so good at cod! Anyway, i had fun and we really need to do it again. Goodnight Aim, sweet dreams xx'

I smiled and typed back.

'To Jayden;

I had an amazing day too. You're just jealous that i kicked your ass! Haha. We really need to do it again. Goodnight Jayden, see you tomorrow xx'

I turned my phone off and switched my lamp off. I snuggled into my blanket and fell asleep.
